I frequently visit this restaurant, but very strategically! I go at 5 AM when I get off work and the crowd is gone, or I call in a carry-out order. The staff isn't the most efficient, focused group, but consistently friendly, and the food is almost always great. If you choose to go in for a meal with friends dusting moderate-to-busy hours, don't schedule anything soon after. If you are with fun people and have nowhere to be soon, you won't mind the 2-hour commitment you've made by sitting down, but expect it and prepare for it.

Also, if you are starving before you arrive, order an appetizer with your drinks. They come to your table fairly quickly, and after the drinks are ordered, the servers aren't always the easiest to track down.

Another benefit: If I have $10 to spend and my friends want to splurge on an expensive entree, there is a decent range in filling, tasty menu options with varying prices. If I drink water, ten dollars will easily fill me up and leave enough change for a good tip (this is important... As is the case in any restaurant, good tippers are remembered, and your next visit will be noticeably more enjoyable if you've tipped well on the first visit!).

All things considered, there are plenty of reasons I continue to eat here so often!

If you enjoy waiting a long time for a mostly-absent server to mess up your order of mediocre food in a cramped room full of flavored hookah smoke, then this place is for you.

I love the character that comes with this place. It is very vibrant, eye-catching, and in a great location. It is also nice to have a 24 hr hookah bar in your town- if such a need or desire arises. The food is actually pretty decent for a place of it's kind- pleasant suprise! However every good comment I can muster doesn't save this place from the absolutely horrible service I experience every single time. I rarely go there for this reason. It simply takes too long to accomplish anything. So, if you have the time and the patience, give it a go and you'll probably enjoy it- just  do yourself a favor and keep your pocket watch out out sight.
