Never in my life did I ever wait in a line to get into a freaking sports bar! Especially a lousy one. Me and my friend just wanted to have a decent time, but I guess we asked for too much. The bouncers, who were very rude, also had this unfair system where for every guy that exited, they would promise to let one guy in, despite the fact that inside was not packed! And also, there were times when a bunch of guys left and the bouncers kept us waiting. I still stuck around only for my friend's sake. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting, we were able to go inside. After buying some drinks and running out of cash, I decided to use my credit card. But this tan brunette bartender with tattoos said minimum of a $30 tab only, when I only wanted just two more drinks! Not only was she forcing a big sale, but she talked to me in a furious manner, like she was going to strangle me or something. It surprises me an easily irritable woman like her works in the customer service industry. I felt intimidated and very offended. And worst of all, inside smelled like so disgusting from the smoke that when we got out, all of our clothes reeked of cigarettes and it's like we needed to take a bath in bleach. I mean don't they have a ventilation system?? Unbelievable! If I could give negative stars, this stinkhole would get them.
Review Source:Tues is college night so they have hiphop music. Â But they have bands on other nights you need to just check their website for events. Â I believe ladies drink free from a certain time till midnight. Â However the drink prices are very good anyways. Â The drinks are poured GOOOD and strong! Â Always fast friendly service. Review Source:Surprised the first bar I went to was college night on Tuesday. Good thing I still have my college ID. Free cover before 11, quarter beer till 10, goes up a quarter every hour. Pool tables and a sh. Nice little place. Not too many women however but the night is young. Hot bartenders! Open till 4. Serves food till 4!!
Review Source:I stopped in here when I was looking for a place to work and get some WiFi. Â I usually like working where there is a little background noise. Â This place was perfect.
One thing that I particularly liked was the attention paid by the bartenders. Â Granted, it was a slow night, but the bartender on duty let me plug in my laptop behind the bar. Â Let me work, kept my beer and water cold, and made it a point to not only learn my name and use it, but when the next bartender came on, told that one my name as well so that he could use it. Â It was a great touch that made the place feel like home...or at least the place where everyone knows you name.
PS: Â I had the Buffalo Tenders, and they were delicious!
Very cool vibe, good live bands - ok bar food. Â Service was good, the bartenders will do whatever you want with shots LOL.. saw a 40 year gal take a body shot from a hot bartender... quite entertaining.
But on the weekends there is a cover - HUH? Â Cover in a strip mall bar? Â This prevented a 5 star rating. Â Warning they allow smoking in here though!
We came by to have a couple of drinks before going home. Â The atmosphere was very upbeat and we even met a few new people last night. Â They asked us about the dolphins game last night, which we won! Â Too bad it didn't count...lol. Â The bartender was really sweet. Â Usually, one asks if you would like another drink. Â She gave us another drink without telling us and she immediately knew when we wanted to close our tab without us telling her anything. Â That's probably why our bill was more higher than what we anticipated, but it's all good. Â There are pool tables and a dartboard. Â The band that was playing was great. Â I wasn't too fond of the lady that was pole dancing next to the band. Â I normally expect to see a younger hot chick that would be doing something like that and it kinda threw me off a little bit. Â I still give her a lot of credit for being able to do it though. Â I wish that we had a cheers bar closer to us since we wouldn't have to drive so far. Â Maybe that's in the works?
