The chili is pretty mild compared to other Cinci favorites. The reason I showed up: a 6-way. I was intrigued. It was good...but I think once is enough (they add fresh garlic to a 5-way). Â I live around the corner, so I prob won't return...not when I can walk to my own fridge! Overall, service was good.
Review Source:I'm so glad this place is right around the corner from work... Not sure what the reason is, they haven't spread themselves too thin (like the other Cincy-style chili joints) or they just care about quality still, but this chili is brilliant concidering they're somewhat of a chain now... very thick and meaty unlike they're competitor's runny, watery recipes... This is the place to get great Cincy-style chili...
Review Source:Not bad at all! I wasn't in the mood for chili or any combination thereof, so I was pleasantly surprised that they had options at this drive-thru and eat-in site.
I chose the turkey sandwich on wheat bread, accompanied by lettuce, tomato and mustard/mayo. Very impressive sandwich with two pickle spears and a bag of Husman's potato chips.
The service wasn't speedy by any means, but hey, it was 10:45 a.m. and I was asking for lunch. Took my debit card and the employee at the window was very patient, in fact, super sweet as I added an unsweetened  tea at the window!
The sandwich was great...and I'll be back to try the chili!
