Amerasia is right around the corner from where I live and is one of my favorite places to go to eat. I would recommend this place to anyone! Very cool atmosphere, most personable servers/bartenders. Beer list is HUGE. Try the Crabbies ginger beer- a crisp fresh taste they put it on ice with a lemon. The food is awesome, fresh ingredients. Everything ive had has been great. You won't be disappointed!
Review Source:Remember when you had baseball cards, and you would flip through your binder looking at them. Â Do the same now, but with beer. Â That's the first level of awesome.
Second level of awesome is the hilarious menu that takes its Chineseyness to level cheeky. Â Throw in some of the best chinese food I've had ANYWHERE in the continental US, (chinatowns in big metro cities win) And this place is KICKING!
Believe the hype: the food, the atmosphere, and the drink menu are all as wonderful as people claim them to be. The Dragon's Breath Wontons are delicate and flavorful; the Crab Rangoon are not like those you've tried elsewhere; the pork belly is rich and delicious; the specials are always a treat. If you're in the mood for fish, you must try the fried flounder. It isn't on the menu but is offered as a regular item. Even though it is fried, it tastes so light and tender you wouldn't know it, and the ginger sauce it comes with is the perfect complement. I don't often drink beer with a meal, but have tried a few of the many, many they have to offer and was impressed by the employees' knowledge and ability to suggest just the right one for me.
If you haven't been here, make it a point to do so. If you go on a weekend, be prepared to wait a bit and be rewarded for your patience!
