I must say that I like this place a lot. The beers that they have on tap are so diverse and many.

The crowd that comes here is cool too with everyone being a true lover of beer. Not someone that professionally drinks Bud Light.

They've got life size Jenga, Connect Four and many other games to play.

There is ample space with seats and benches in the back.

I love beer, and this place is like beer heaven on earth. There was such an incredible variety, and I got to taste some glorious stouts.

Whilst I loved the imbibing choices, I loved the atmosphere as well. It's very chill. There was live music, indoor and outdoor seating.

What's more? There were giant games! We've all played Giant Jenga, which they had. But they also had Giant Connect Four! Good stuff.

Great local hangout in Dunedin.  Has a great selection of beers that change pretty frequently.  Pretty fun to play the mega-jenga or mega-connect four games they have here.  Pretty good prices as well and just a short walk from downtown Dunedin.

Great local tap house.  Plenty of bottles, snacks, soda, and games to keep you entertained and satisfied.  Friday nights are usually the best, service wise at least. Mixed crowd and usually laid back and unpretentious.

It's a house of beer indeed. Great beer selection and I love the electronic beer menu board above the bar. Nice touch!

If you are a beer lover there will be something there for you. There are a lot of TVs, darts and other games to play, and they have a nice outdoor patio in the back with music, and free corn toss. The back patio is dog friendly, and the dog mural on the fence is really cool too.

It's kind of a hipster, young place but certainly fine for middle-aged fellas like me.

Great neighborhood bar. The beer selection is large and bartenders are always friendly. Prices are decent and they are finally adding more cider to draft. They have fun games; life sized jenga, connect 4, darts, and maybe a few others and a jukebox inside. Both a front and rear patio makes for plenty of seating.

I believe they offer a happy hour which is $1 off drafts, but don't quote me on that. For us this is more of a later in the night kind of place, not really somewhere I would come for happy hour.

The best place to hang with friends in Dunedin.  The biggest beer selection and lots of activities!

Small place hidden away on Alt 19 in Dunedin. I usually stop by on the weekends a few times per month. Very wide selection of bottled and draft beers, so there is something to fit any beer lovers taste buds. My favorites lately are the Sea Dog Wild Blueberry and Shipyard Pumpkinhead Ale, although there selection does change from time to time, so always new ones to try. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available and there is usually a live band playing. You can also bring your dog on the patio if you'd like to have your trusty companion along. I wish they served more food than just chips or peanuts as I am usually ready for a hearty snack after a few beers, but I suppose food is just not their specialty. Overall, It's a nice hang out spot to chill with friends and enjoy some local beers.

Decent beer selection.  The atmosphere leaves me a bit wanting.  Its not bad at all, its just not great.  If they would keep Hacker-Pschorr Octoberfest on tap all year long I'd come back more often.  Also frosty mugs would be nice (though the beer purists may scoff).

Expectations are not always met. Dunedin House of Beer has fallen short on more than one occasion for me. I seem to have bad luck when I go to this bar. The bar tenders never seem to be friendly and the prices are a bit high.

I also always have an issue with parking. The only spots available are directly in from of the bar on alternate 19 which gives the bar a whopping 6 spots.

I realize this is a beer bar but they said they offered chips and queso. My wife and I were hungry for a bite so we decided to order some. I was a bit surprised when they handed us a bag of Publix brand chips and some cold queso in an unopened jar.

I love trying new beers just not at Dunedin House of Beer

I figure I should put something positive in this review so the plus is you can bring your dog with you.

40 beers on tap? You're guaranteed to find something you will like, or you probably shouldn't be out drinking beer in the first place. Seems like a friendly place; I have always had good service from the staff.

This is a really cool local brewery. They have pretty cool bands come and play on Friday nights. You have to show up early if you want good seating. Their selection is small but Im sure you can find something to your appeal. My favorite beer there is their Red Amber. My husbands is Local Honey...Guys dont let the name deceive you.
For dinner I go for the Burger w/cheese and jalapenos, which in my opinion goes great with beer.

Love this place!  I was just visiting the Clearwater/St. Pete area for the weekend and went here with some friends.  Met some fun people and had a great time chatting and drinking awesome beer.  I highly recommend Tangerine Dream!  They have giant Jenga too, which is absolutely fantastic when you're a little drunk.

Beer, lots of beer. Beer loving people, lots of beer loving people.

Lots of local regulars make this place hopping fun. Good place if you like to interact with complete strangers. It is a hoot when many several people are all cheering because you just punched the bag and got a good score.

Plenty of outside room. On days when Lucid Druid shows up (our local hot playing Bagpipe, modern Celtic) kids are here too.

    Yes!

Great Dunedin establishment with a friendly staff that remembers you. 40 beers on tap and a multitude of bottles available in rotation.  Darts, video games, and pool. Open mike on Tues,  live music Thursday.  Order any keg you want for your party.

Nice size place that's great for a low key good time. I come here to chill and try good beer.

If I just blindly followed the crowds I would give it 5 stars, but you will know I am not telling you the truth. The truth is: I am not a beer drinker. A pint of cold beer in the hot summer sounds good, but going there for sake of drinking beers is just not an ideal choice for me. Plus it is located in Dunedin, my favorite town. I will go hunt down some good wine shops to enjoy my afternoon instead of counting beers.

Well, it was an adventure for me. Plus hubby adore it. I don't know how many kind of craft beer they sell, but I can tell you that if you love drinking beer, that is your heaven. Check their website first if you would like to try. I did order an IPA (6 dollar). It tastes good.

No food served in the pub. But they offered us locally made smoke fish spread (4 dollar). That was delicious. Other than that, you can buy some peanuts or chip with salsa.

Services is attentive and local crowds are fun and relaxing. Parking at rear. Good pub overall. It is just not for me.

Amazing bar with the most incredible bartender (the owner).  Incredible beer selection and super friendly atmosphere.  My favorite spot in the Tampa bay area!!

Dunedin has a number of establishments now serving craft beer. This place may sport the widest selection, and it changes often. Recently, they have expanded for the third time into an adjoining space, so the word is out. Friendly bartenders, nice couches to lounge on. This spot has it all.

So if you want to find out if you have Gilbert's Syndrome here's how:
Drink a few cans of Steel Reserve, maybe four, then go to bed. If you feel like you have malaria in your head when you wake up, then you have it. I've heard Steel Reserve is like pure bilirubin. This is the best place in Dunedin. They don't serve Steel Reserve there. (They do serve Bud Light, so I don't know what that other review is talking about).

40 great beers on tap. They even have a punch card for folks who want to try and finish them all (its good to drink with a goal in mind). Funny story on my second visit to this place a gentleman sat down on the stool next to me and ordered a 'beer" the bartender/owner asked him "what kind" he responded "I don't know do you have bud light" the owner said "no we serve quality beer here, if you want a bud light there are plenty of other places for you to go."
