Received a message in response to my review from the new GM asking for me to come in and meet him in person to chat about what can be done to improve the place. (Great! This is one of the main reasons I started Yelping to begin with!)
Emailed him....no response. Thanks for the effort, but the lack of follow-through tells me that you really don't care THAT much.
The staff does seem to have improved and the wait time has diminished, but I'm still hesitant to visit this location. At least the experience is a little more bearable than it was in previous visits.
