If you are delivering uncooked pizza within a close radius, why does it take two hours? My gripe is that they give you a delivery estimate and then they exceed it by more than half an hour. It's just not worth the money they charge. I'd accept it if they charged less, because hey they deliver uncooked pizza in twice the amount of time it take others to deliver cooked pizza, then it would be worth it.
Review Source:I moved to  Wrigleyville in March and have not been impressed with the local pizza delivery joints. For deep-dish, I prefer Lou Malnati's - I like their thin crust, too - and that's what I typically get I'm in the mood for pizza,  Tonight, however, I didn't  feel like driving to the Wrightwood location in 6:00p traffic to pick it up.
So, I found this place on Yelp. Â The website was easy to use and navigate. Â I picked the large size and the toppings I would normally get elsewhere - spinach, Italian sausage, mozz + ricota cheese, roma tomatoes, and garlic. Â With tax and delivery it came to $30. Â Pretty close to Lou Malnati's for the same pie - and they don't deliver to me. Â Delivery time was an estimated 60-75 minutes. Â The guy buzzed at 75 minutes. Â He apologized for the wait as soon as I opened the door. Â
I preheated my oven after I placed the order so it was read to go. Â Followed the instructions exactly as they were written. Â 425F, 14 minutes. Â
Wow. Â Really, really good pizza. Â There were ample toppings. Â The crust was awesome. Â Sauce was very good. Â The meats and cheeses were very good quality, not the typical greasy stuff. Â Spinach and tomatoes were fresh.
I've given them 4 stars for now... we'll see how they fare next time around.
