I was skeptical at first since I love sushi but rarely remember what I have tried, nor can I usually tell the difference on a large platter of sushi of multiple varieties. So I was nervous to say the least, to actually pick out exactly what I wanted in my roll.
With that said, there is nothing to be nervous about! I went with shrimp tempura and basically every vegetable they had, including the jalepeno and adding cream cheese. I figured, why not! You really can't go wrong at Fusian and I haven't heard of anyone having a bad experience. And honestly it's probably the most basic level of sushi you can have, so there's nothing to be skeptical about trying.
For those who don't like sushi because of the fish, they have chicken and steak options that I personally can't bring myself to try, but I am sure is quite good!
Lastly for sauce, the first time I went they recommended the sweet soy and spicy mayo combo so I said, why not! Oh my gosh! AMAZING. I highly recommend it if you like things saucy like me ;).
I did try the soup at one visit and I thought it was kind of gross to be honest. I wouldn't recommend it, save your money and just get the sushi!
