The Hawt Dog & Sausage Eatery

Visiting Denver thought this sounded like a fun place to go for lunch. Found a groupon and purchased then went over after a movie only to find a note on the door, we apologize our oven is down, hope to reopen in two days. Ok disappointed but figured we would try again, and so we did, 3 times within a week only to find the same note on the door......really oven is down for more than a week! I wrote to Groupon got my money back, hopefully they will stop selling the coupons as we figure the place is never opening again...what a waste of time. Thankfully there are plenty of other (open and functioning) great places to eat on the area!!!

I believe the Hawt is out of business - too bad, they had a decent dog. . .

This is one of my favorite finds in the Cherry Creek area. found it through a Groupon and it's become a regular go to place for my fiancée and I. The food is always great, the specials are to die for and, while the beer selection is limited, it's great to have a Rouge beer on tap to wash down the hot dog.

It's hard to say which one is best, but the Breckenridge is always GREAT! Blue Cheese and Chive tatter tots or their home made chips are hard to beat.
