Max Buffet

Food is decent but I've had much better. Nice mix of Asian and American food. I've ate there several times and was able to enjoy myself.

I got terribly sick from eating here and called the Union, NJ health inspector.  He was very friendly and helpful and checked up on it - and did find that some of the food was being cooked at a lower temperature than it should have been.

I didnt get lab-work done (mostly because i'm not one of those pussies who go to the hospital for every little thing) nor did i seek a lawsuit or anything because I'm not that type of system abuser.  

I also cannot prove that it was Max Buffet that got me sick.  However, the mushrooms I ate tasted and smelled un-fresh (i obviously didnt eat them fully) and I also had some sushi...  thinking back, that's a terrible mistake, hehe.  But, i've had great sushi at buffets without much issue, before.

Anyway, I will never eat here again, even if it wasnt their fault - the food itself was of poor to terrible quality when i went.  Yuck!
