McDonald's

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the world.

Check your change, I was short changed. Don't expect it to be fast. Don't expect it to be made right. Don't expect much of anything.

Worst McDonald's ever! Saying this is harsh, but I've been to McDonald's that are quick, polite, and get you the hell out of the door. I came here on a Sunday night at about 7:30p.m. in need of a salad. I went for my usual Southwestern salad standby. Walking in, I should have known that this place would upset. Standing there, I saw other patrons waiting to order or waiting for orders. It wasn't clear who had ordered or who hadn't. Total confusion. One guy manning the register pointed to me to order. Okay, so pointing equals ordering. Smooth! After ordering, I watched this guy point to other people to get their orders and mess up an order as well. This special breed of McDonald's employee even asked me what dressing I wanted on my salad. Dude, it's a Southwest Salad! Wouldn't it be the Southwest dressing?? I couldn't believe the disorganization at this McD's. If this guy was the manager, he shouldn't be. I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes for a Southwest salad because you can't manage the McD's. Yeah, I knew why I avoided this place to begin with.

The food is no worse than a typical McDonald's, but what makes this location lousy is that they always seem to forget something in the order. They almost always forget either croutons or the dressing pack for my salads, and on other occasions have forgotten hash browns in my breakfast and even a 20pc McNuggets. I think it's incompetence rather than something sinister, because even after I've complained on several occasions and now always check my order before leaving, they still manage to goof it up.
