Morris Liquors & Delicatessen

This may not look like much from the outside, but the food and service speak for itself. They are very friendly, and know how to make great food too. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a great sandwich or soup.

Thank goodness for the internet!!! I would've NEVER noticed, let alone gone into this location! I have driven right past it and just thought it was a run down liquor store.

DO NOT judge this book by its cover! Inside is a true Louisville Gem!!!!!

The slice their meat right there in front of you! The sandwiches are delicious! The sides are homemade and delicious! The Soups are made in house as well.

The only downside is, don't go in expecting to sit at a table by yourself and enjoy lunch, you will  either sit at one of the 2 tables available with strangers (which admittedly is kinda nice) or you get your food to go. But these sandwiches are perfect for a picnic! So, there, problem solved :-)

Looks like a dumpy hole in the wall but awesome deli and service. Decent selection of liquors for a pit stop, but they nail the deli wraps with multiple choices of wraps and breads. Good quality meats and usually a home baked cake of some sort next to register as well. Maybe 2 tables inside, so definitely a takeout. Busy during lunch.
