This is our FAVORITE bar in Northern Virginia. Â I have nothing bad to say about this place. Â Since changing management a couple of years ago, this place is always packed. Â The food is good. Â The service always prompt and friendly. Â There's always a good crowd. Â Lots of TVs.
If you're looking for a good time out, this is your place.
I have been to Old Towne Sports Pub twice since it became OTSP a few years ago. Â We went primarily to watch a college football game that was not on regular tv. Â Both times we were able to get a tv tuned to our game with no problems.
The service was excellent both time, even though they were busy (one time we sat at the bar, one time we sat at a table).
The food is good. Â A variety of options beyond just standard bar fare and everything we had was good. Â My boyfriend had lasagna once, I had a burger, we had nachos another time. Â Nothing to rave about and run back for, but every dish was a solid dish.
I am absolutely in love with this bar!
This is as good as it gets - there no riff raff, no physical fighting no pushing and shoving!
The waitstaff are great to bring back drinks and whatever else you might need.. The drinks are great and cheap :)
The food is absolutely delicious and the price is also fantastic! This is the place to go locally when you want a Fairfax atmosphere but don't want the commute :)
i'm giving it 3 stars not for today but for the combination of the last few trips here. Â Today was a 2 at best. Â Got two order of wings today. The sweet and spicy and the buffalo. S and S was good but the buffalo was pretty bad. Â Had more of a grease taste with little buffalo sauce present.

The inbound Amtrak comes by at 530p every evening.
Wandered in on a Friday evening, I guess it was mostly regulars for their Fri evening stop.
I had the QB Club, it was huge but arrived cold...I'm guessing it sat in the window while the bartender visited with the locals.
The fries were cold, the pickle wasn't.
The Guinness was better than average.
I suspect this is the hotspot for watching the Redskins on Sunday.
I can't imagine there are many Cap's fans that show up in their colors.
Many big screen plasamas, they keep the sound down while you listen to their XM radio...ZZTop, Aerosmith, Boston....the Mama's & Papa's...huh?
This was our first time at Old Towne Sports Pub. We were greeted by a friendly staff member that showed us to our table. She let us know that there were domestic beer specials that night and that all appetizer's were half off. With that we decided to have just appetizer's for dinner. the food was very good. However when the bill arrived showing full price for the appetizer's our waitress said that were had been misinformed by this new staff member regarding half off all appetizer. The waitress verified this with the young lady. While she did admit to the mistake the waitress would not honor the half price apps nor did she care to involve management. I feel that this is a poor way to run any establishment. This was our first and last time here. The customers total experience is not first priority Old Towne Sports Pub.
