Easy, quick, convenient. Â I like their chinese food and their sushi. Â The other person who complained about the thai food having too many onions is correct. Â I ordered something with shrimp that was 95% onions. Â That was my only disappointing meal from them, and it wasn't even that bad, just 13 dollars seemed like a lot of money to spend on a meal that was predominantly onions.
Review Source:Panda was my go to place for Chinese until I realized I was a sushi addict. Â This place consistently serves AMAZING sushi. Â And I have had sushi from Sapporo and Monster Sushi in Millburn, places people RAVE about and I still think Panda's sushi is the best. The rice is always soft and sticky and the fish always tastes fresh! My go to favorites are Philadelphia roll and eel avocado but the Dragon Roll is phenomenal too! I would HIGHLY recommend this place! Their sushi is THE BEST!
Oh and the reason for 4 stars is that it usually takes 45 minutes for the delivery during dinner hours. But hey--they food is fantastic!! ha!
I placed a big obnoxious order for my crew here and in 20 minutes I had heaping piles of delicious food.
Now if you work in TV or film you know that pleasing a crew is like making 12 toddlers happy. This place pulled it off. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helped me order the right amount of food for the price I could spend. Quality was great and the meals were all tasty.
They deserve a boat load of business.
After moving to New Jersey from Los Angeles a year ago, we tried several Chinese restaurants in the area and were disappointed with all of them. We almost gave up until my in-laws ordered take-out from Panda while they were in town. We were so excited because the vegetables were so fresh and the dishes very flavorful- as good if not better than our favorite Chinese restaurant in California! We order from them every few weeks and are so glad to have found such a delicious Thai and Chinese restaurant close by!
Review Source:I don't know what these other people are talking about. Panda serves the best Chinese food in Summit - I know, I've lived here for 25 years. Â Their food is fresh and not greasy like other establishments. Â I am a vegetarian and I've enjoyed all their dishes so far. Â My family and I only order from here when we are in the mood for Chinese. Great job Panda!
Review Source:Always be suspicious of a take-out Asian restaurant that serves Japanese, Thai, AND Chinese.
Ordered a lunch special, which cost about $1-2 more than I'm used to for a lunch special. Â The food was mediocre. Â I ordered chicken with garlic sauce over rice. Â It came with a "house" soup which was plain egg drop soup. Â I'm used to having an option of an egg roll or a soda but that doesn't happen here.
Overall, overpriced and will not return!
Decent. Â I ordered a Thai chicken curry. Â Chicken wasn't the best consistency and there were way too many onions. Â But the portion was generous and they had snap peas and mushrooms; some places skimp on the veggies, and they definitely didn't. Â White rice was also delicious and perfectly done. Â I would have preferred a thicker curry; I like the ones with coconut milk. Â Guess I should have specified. Â And I thought overpriced at $13.99 for lunch, but it's Sunday, and they don't offer their lunch special prices today.
