I have only ordered take out from here but I would loooove to return for a "sit down" dinner because the atmosphere is so chillaxed. Yes, I said chillaxed. :)
The food was great! I ordered a burger one time and a pizza another... delicious! I know I haven't tried anything special but I'm sure it's all good :)

The restaurant is a smidge on the smaller side though... so I'm not sure if I'd really utilize it as a drinking place though the bar seemed pretty happenin' when I was there.

    Yes, I said "happenin'"

Big fan of this small and unique place. You can't go wrong with just about anything on the menu and the cocktails are great. The staff has always been friendly, attentive, and made great suggestions.

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the pricepoint is just a tad high for some menu items.

The atmosphere is usually very metro from semi casual to suit and tie, local business owners to local hipsters.

I reached out to fellow Yelpers for a suggestion of where to eat in the Short North area of Columbus and Rossi was one of the suggestions.  Since it was close to the theater and had an interesting menu, we decided this was the place.  Our show started at 7:00 and we did not want to be rushed so we stopped in for an early dinner.

The bar area was cozy with several tables and booths - warm and inviting.  I loved the look of the bar - somewhat vintage with dim lighting and brick interior walls.  The wine list is nice and what I did not expect was rather nice wines by the glass.  Orin Swift Prisoner is one of my favorite reds and was served by the glass.  The price was also surprisingly low - $13 for a glass or $45 for a bottle.  The winery charges $38 for a bottle of the same wine so not the upcharge I would have normally expected in a restaurant.  Needless to say, my husband and I decided to share a bottle over dinner.

The food was somewhat hit or miss for us.  We started with the pork belly served on a brioche and topped with roasted pear and white cheddar.  I loved this - husband thought it was just ok.  The pork belly was juicy and had a nice crunchy crust.  The pear and cheddar complemented the pork belly so well - I love sweet and savory flavors.  I could have done without the brioche - more like a piece of toast.  It was not what I expected, but didn't detract from the flavor of the other parts of this appetizer.

Everyone seemed to rave about the Prosciutto wrapped grilled Caesar in their reviews so I had to try this.  I had just tried a grilled romaine salad with balsamic and goat cheese at a place in NC and loved it so I had high hopes for this.  Thankfully, the bartender suggested putting the anchovies on the side - I did not care for them at all.  The salad fell flat for me.  I did not enjoy the Caesar dressing and was expecting so much more flavor (especially since the romaine was wrapped in Prosciutto) than what this delivered.

My husband and I opted to share a pizza for our meal.  We went with a small which was more than enough for the two of us.  The crust was crispy and light.  The sauce was flavorful.  We decided to top with pepperoni, onion and giardinera (which the bartender described as a mix of pickled peppers - somewhat spicy).  The pepperoni was some of the tastiest I have had on a pizza - delicious!  I thought the giardinera tasted a bit like spicy banana peppers - I liked it, but my husband thought it overpowered the flavor of the pizza.

Overall, I thought this was a solid choice for dinner.  The staff was friendly and attentive.  The location certainly worked for us that night.  Just beware they get super busy later, don't take reservations and parking can be difficult in that area.
