Tried this place for the first time after many recommendations from other friends/family. Â First impression from outside; doesn't really seem like much, but when you walk in the decor is actually quite nice. Â It wasn't loud at all, music was low but a nice touch. Â We went around 7pm Friday night.
Service: Â It was a little slow but honestly I didn't care because I was in no rush. Â The Manager or owner came over to every table to ask how everything was, if we needed anything. Â Definitely makes you feel welcomed.
Drinks: I ordered a glass of chianti, while my girlfriend ordered a sauvignon blanc. Â Both very delicious. Â The selection is very good as well.
Food: I order the Chicken Parmigiana entree, and split a margarita pizza. Â Bread came first at the table and was very fresh italian bread. Â A little olive oil, salt, pepper. Â Next the pizza came out, it was very very good. Â Brick oven style pizza; bread, sauce, cheese were all fantastic. Â The price for the pizza was not so fantastic...As for the entree; I must say...This was one of the best chicken parm's I've ever had (I am a bit of a chicken parm snob). Â It wasn't overly breaded like others, the sauce again was superb, and the nice block of cheese on it was the "icing on the cake". Â It was paired with a nice serving of angel hair pasta, that was very refreshing in itself. Â The price for the entree was a little high, but definitely worth it in my opinion!
I would recommend this place to anyone.
