OVERALL: Great airport stop. Â Had the Bruins on and stayed open to let us watch.
Quality: 4. Airport food. Â Pretty much sums it up. Â Hot, meh, and whatever. Â They had Ok beers.
Service: 5. Unlike many other airport places, it did not take 3 hours to get my order.
Atmosphere: 4. Â Plenty of TV's, but many are not facing where you sit, which is strange.
Price: 4. Airport prices.
Notes: Airport bar, decent beer, decent prices, great staff.
Upon arrival, area not too clean and staff is not happy at all. Â Took a little while to get attention. Â Ordered a cosmo. Â You can order alcohol all the time, but you cannot order lunch at 10am. Â After seeing the condition of my glass, I was happy not to get the food. Â I was concerned I would ingest glass as my glass had TWO chips on the rim and a crack going down the glass. Â Staff was not attentive at all. Â Never asked if I wanted another one. Â Was not impressed that I saw him look at the glass with the chips and still pushed it towards me. Â I opted not to say anything at the time. Â The drink was not leaking from the glass. Â I had to flag him down to pay, which was odd seeing that they were not even that busy at all. Â It was awfully expensive and crappy service. Â I don't care if I want a drink before getting on my flight next time. Â I will not go back. Â I was not impressed that the bartender also knew how incredibly drunk a man was and served him even more alcohol. Â The man announced how drunk he was, offered to buy everyone in the bar a drink and even said his airline can't know or they won't let him board. Â Hmmm.....and this bartender serves him more. Â BTW, I did point out the details of the broken glass as I was leaving to the bartender.
See picture of glass with chips and crack down the glass. Â Tough to see, but you can see the chips.
