I admit, it's weird to review an airport lounge. Â Just wanted to acknowledge that.
With that said, like many previous reviewers said, this is a really nice lounge for the US. Â Free booze, contemporary decor, and pretty good food...for a lounge, not for le bec fin ;)
An all-around great experience!
The BA Club Lounge in Philadelphia's Terminal A is a relatively small yet efficient space with lots of amenities, from complimentary WiFi (get a password at the entrance) and complimentary alcoholic beverages as well as snacks. A separate partition serves a full complimentary dinner before flight. Â The entryway is just steps from the TSA gauntlet, so you could even wait to put yourself together at the lounge. Â Although small, it is efficient and courteous, besides keeping you away from the loud masses obsessively talking about the Phillies' latest loss this season, taking place in the coach areas. Â Every few minutes, uniformed servers go around offering sliders, fruit glazed with Grand Marnier, and other sundry items. Makes US flag carrier lounges seem quite plebeian...
