A true gay dive bar in Merion Village. Cheap drinks and some nights have strippers. Like previous reviews said, not in the safest area.

What's not to love about Bow Wow? You'll find cheap drinks, cute and personable strippers and nice staff. My friends and I were on a South Side crawl and decided to stop in for a drink and ended up closing the place. It has a typical South Side gay dive bar feel, but everyone from the bar tenders to the drag queen did their best to make us feel welcome. I am sure that I will be back.
