Menu is large. Chef will accommodate requests for changes (I like black bean sauce in my lobster sauce). Place is welcoming and appreciates our business.  AND THE FOOD IS GOOD! We always do pickup and are always satisfied.  It's great to have this in our neighborhood!  While it is not gourmet, fancy food, it is robust, fresh, and tasty.

One star is being nice, they may have had a bad night when I ordered my food? My wife had chicken and cashew and I had combination lo main,  food was tasteless noodles tasted like raw dough. Called and told them about noodles being over cooked and was told it would be replaced, a hour later no replacement. Would I recommend there food? No!! There are better restaurants.

Tonight was the first time we tried Hong Kong Express delivery. It was awful! I had a feeling it was going to be bad by the fact that a distinct fishy smell emanated from the bag despite the fact that there was no seafood present. The hot & sour soup had no spice to it and little flavor and the noodles to put in it were prepackaged that never softened. The egg roll was oily and the fried portion tough and chewy. The chicken teriyaki tasted okay but the chicken was sub-par and very stringy. The fried dumplings were edible-I'd actually say "good". The Gen Tso Chicken was tasteless and the texture made me wonder what meat I was actually eating. It may have just been an off night, but I won't be trying it again.

I don't think I've ever had Chinese food that blew my mind.  It's either bad or it's good.  This place is good.  I got the General Tso's chicken and it was actually spicy unlike a lot of places, which was a nice surprise.  The fried wontons were good but pretty greasy and soggy.  All in all a solid Chinese restaurant, it's clean, the staff is friendly, would go back.

Lots of menu options. Good addition to neighborhood for Chinese food before my pottery class.  They have some healthy steamed options. Portion size is good.  Chicken noodle soup is excellent.  Staff is very helpful and fast.

    * Clean * friendly * parking crowed at night * flat screen television * cashier came from behind counter to pull chair for pregnant mom *

Had an order of chicken wings yum but the Kung Pao chicken wasn't good.

    Would visit again.

Honestly, we order from this place like twice a week. That's how much we love them.  They always get our food here quickly and it's always hot and fresh.  What I like that they're not overly saucy, so you can taste the actual food.  Plus, it's minimally MSG-y.  And the menu has a zillion items on it.

For $42 for lunch including tax this is what the six of us got:

2 orders of Hunan Chicken/hot & sour soup
Chicken Egg Foo Young/hot & sour soup
Spicy chicken lo mein with wonton soup and eggroll
Szechuan Beef with eggroll and a soda
Chicken Noodle Soup with extra chicken

I am the one who ordered the chicken noodle soup. It's a giant container of hot hot hot chicken stock filled with parboiled chicken, broccoli, water chestnuts, carrots, and pea pods.  They put the ramen noodles on the side in a separate container so you can mix and match your meal.  I've had this, the General Tso's chicken, and Chicken with Broccoli and I keep coming back to this one.

And oh - they forgot our egg roll the other time we ordered so they gave us TWO extra with our order (making it 3 for 1).

    I love them.

    Shai Shai, Hong Kong Express.

Very mediocre food, not cheap. Two General Tso's and a Crab Rangoon cost $30 with delivery. Sauce was thin, the chicken was soggy, the crab rangoon was very meh.

Beef w/ broccoli is tasty.  Sauce isn't too thick.  Small is a decent portion for lunch, but a bit overpriced at $6.95.

Not bad.  It just opened a few months back.  There is really not a lot of Chinese restaurant in this area so it is good to have an option.

The place is clean and the food is good.  They have a lot of choices.  An HDTV while you are waiting.  You can actually see the cooks doing their thing and it is entertaining watching them flipping and tossing with their woks.

One thing I noticed, the glass door seems heavy and needs an extra push to open :)  (They fixed this when I came in later)

Finally another food option near my office!

This place recently opened and I've now eaten the food from here twice. I can't say the food will blow you away but I can say that the portions are very generous. Both times I was in the mood for 'general tso's' chicken which I know isnt really the thing to order if you want authentic chinese but it was pretty decent. The first time it seemed a bit fresher than the second time, but both times it was good. (i ordered later after lunch and between dinner).

Menu is extensive and they have a lot of lunch special options that only cost $5.95 and I couldnt even finish it all when i ordered it. I'd say the food is really more of 3 stars 'a-ok' quality but the generous portions make me give it another star.

To sum up, I wouldnt come out of my way to come here, but if you want a quick cheap meal this place satisfies.
