McDonald's

Mind you this is a 4 star for McDonald's Yelp quality. However, even the big guys need a review and not all of them have to be bad. The Wheaton (On Naperville Rd.) McDonalds is one of the best in the area. The food is the food so I judge on service, cleanliness, convenience, speed, atmosphere. This particular McDonald's has a great management team that feels genuine from top to bottom. I once had a bad strip on my Credit card that wouldn't go through and instead of denying me service while I was coming up with a solution, the franchisee I believe (a middle aged black man in a leadership roll) gave me my coffee and oat meal...then instead of asking for me to stop and pay him back, he asked me to stop at a McDonalds in an area a little lesser well off than Wheaton and buy a breakfast or two for someone who needed it. And I did. I am a loyal customer to this McDonalds and see such a difference in class at McDonalds than say Burger king or Wendy's.

The "Murder McDonald's"....Michael Alphonso killed his girlfriend here. My dad brought him to justice since he fled to Mexico! Thanks, Dad!

The problem with Drive Thru's during the summer is they attract a lot of flies.

I ordered a burger at the counter and the place was infested with flies. It was disgusting.

This also happened at the Downers Grove location off Ogden.

They should recognize and deal with this problem.

Definitely not returning to any McDonalds.
