    Uhg.....

I've been here twice.  I flat out refuse to go anymore.  They keep sending me 'VIP' invites.  I wish it would stop.  Hint: the 'VIP' invites are not really for anything VIP, you just get in for free.

I have friends who like this place.  You will too, if you love crowed, intensely loud, singles fest bars.  Oh yeah, you don't like paying normal prices for drinks?  Good, because drinks here are expensive!  You like to have no place to sit, and a sticky floor?  The pavilion is the place for you then!

Maybe it's just because I can't stand this type of bar anyways, but there are much better options in the area.

The best party spot in Mount Adams with incredible views of the city. Amazing bartenders make it even better.

Amazing views!  Many different "scenes" in the same bar.  4 levels.

Drinks are a tad pricey, but it's Mt Adams so I expected this.

    Great place!

The neighborhood was a lot of fun and was very lively!

It did feel like we were hanging out at an overgrown boys' frat party!

I've never been too impressed with Pavilion, mainly because the music is... Well it's usually just bad. Any time I've gone it's been totally dead. However, that is  where everyone wanted to go so I went along.

The guys working the door  were turning guys away for silly or unmerited reasons. One of the guys I was with was told to take off his hat or he couldn't come in. It wasn't a flat bill or a ball cap, so I thought that was a little strange. He actually had a collared shirt and a loose tie on also. No one looked remotely like a "gangster" or whatever look it is that they are impartial to. He didn't particularly want to take his hat off (hey guys get hat hair too)... No big deal, our group decided to leave and go elsewhere.

While we were waiting for the rest of our group, we watched while another guy was turned away because his shorts were "too baggy".... But then the guy working the door let another guy in right behind him whose shorts were much larger! I get it- discretion of the guys working the door...and I also understand that there is a dress code, but it seems pretty open to interpretation.. Unless they were overcrowded and that was the actual reason they were being so selective..don't be so quick to turn people away.

We headed downtown and cumulatively spent several hundred dollars there instead. I assume everyone else they gave a hard time followed suit. Never give your money to an establishment that doesn't want to take it.

    Oh.. the Pav...

Mount Adams Pavilion is a big ol' multi-level bar complete with outdoor patios and bars on each level, and has rarely disappointed. The drinks are moderately priced, but also give a bang for the buck in alcohol content. Pavilion is dominantly a younger crowd looking to rage and shake it all night, and people really let themselves free here. (You really do see it all. Not even mad.)

I went here once a few months back and had an overall positive experience. There was a good vibe, lots of dancing, and and good music. Then I went to the bar and paid $24 for 3 Whisky and Cokes(OUCH!). That knocked off a star for sure.

I really liked the decor and the lights, the bar looked cool and the crowd seemed ready to have fun. I danced for a while and enjoyed the hour or so that I was there, but it wasn't too memorable. (I am not the biggest night club guy, so I don't know how that affects my review, but I just thought it was average to slightly above).

I did really like the presence of a multi-leveled deck outside though.

Ah, The Pavilion.  It's something else.

Let me start with what I like about Mount Adams Pavilion.  The view from the upper deck is absolutely one of the best in the city.  Seriously.  To be out there on a warm day with a nice breeze really is bliss.  If you're not there during peak nighttime hours, the bartenders try to be friendly, so that's cool.  And if you are there for the dance scene, the music is usually pretty good.

But then there's the bad.  I mentioned the bartenders, and their service leaves much to be desired.  My friend was buying our drinks and he was patiently waiting his turn but the bartender actually ignored some other patrons to serve him.  Most people wouldn't complain about this because we wound up getting our drinks first, but that's rude to the people who were waiting, and I'd hate to have been on the other end of that. Luckily that was an isolated incident.

It gets kind of crowded on a Saturday night, but that's typical for Mt. Adams bars.  I've only been to The Pavilion once during daytime hours, and the whole experience was drastically different.  That alone makes it worth returning.

I've had some good times here, both before the "cool kids" show up (ya know at like 11 or midnight) and while out on the dance floor. I think MAP is a place where you can go to chill, mingle or party like crazy depending on the night you are there and your mood. The wall of shots list is creative and unique to the area. The outdoor patio is great for enjoying some drinks and appetizers and for those that aren't a fan of the dancefloor.

I could give or take live bands that play outside in the lower level patio. The bartenders I have encountered have been surprisingly quick and attentive even though I am not a young hot chick. Ha!

    Kitchen hours are Sun-Thurs 4-10PM and Fri-Sat 4-11PM.
Happy hour 4-8PM including $5 margaritas
Check their facebook page and website for special event details. They seem to bring in lots of cool DJ's and other entertainers.

Also check out the Second Saturday Art Walks in the area. Local artists art is at 18 of the area establishments. Next ones are May 12 and June 9, noon-6PM

This 2 star review is really stretching it for me. I absolutely love going here for happy hour, right when I get off work on a Friday evening in the late spring or early fall so i can sit outside and look over the city with having a $2 drink. But I've only been able to experience this twice. The other 50+ times I've been here has been because I have a friend who wants to celebrate their birthday here. For what reason, I don't know. I HATE the nightlife here. It's crowded, loud, full of arrogant you-know-what's who have Daddy's credit card to charge for the bottle service they are receiving. And every time I've been here, there's always been a fight that breaks out right next to me because someone insulted someone else. (Honestly I just think they didn't hear something properly because it's so loud you can't hold a conversation with anyone)

Try it out for happy hour or dinner. But make sure to leave before the college kids get there!

If I was about 23, size 2, with long blond hair and a very short dress I would spend every Saturday night here.  That is definitely the scene here in the party hours of the weekend.  There is great dance music, hot cocktails and even hotter people.

I am none of these things... So I am not going to go to the Pavilion when it is at its busiest.  On the other hand, I LOVE to go here at 5pm in May on the very first 75 degree and sunny day.  I love to sit on the uppermost patio and watch the fluffy white clouds in a perfect blue sky above downtown Cincinnati.

Food here is actually great!  I recommend the quesadilla.  Drinks are typical for Mt. Adams- on the weak side and overpriced- but the view and atmosphere is worth it.

Parking is an issue, as it is with all Mt. Adams bars.  But, if you go early there should be plenty of street parking and no more than a couple of blocks walk.

Pavilion often charges cover during the evening hours, so be prepared.  Bathrooms are in the basement and you will feel a little scared when walking through the dark dingy hallway to get there- but they are always clean.  Seating can be sparse during busy times- so wear your most comfortable heels.

This would be a great place to have a relaxed happy hour or a drink before dinner on a first date... if you are above the age of 27.  Under the age, try it at any time.

I was there in July and had the best time ever. The crowd was a little younger than I would have liked, but it was my first time in Mount Adams and heard great things about the place. My friend and I must have looked like strangers because we got invited to sit in VIP...lol. I was warned to get out of there by 2:00 AM because I would have to wait forever to get a cab back to Downtown, Cincinnati; so I didn't stay until it closed, but I had a really great time. Next time I'm in the Queen City, I will be back.

Went to the Pavilion on a Saturday night to celebrate my cousin's "last night out as a single woman." We got there around 11:30-12 and it was pretty crackin'. Although being pretty crowded, service at the bar upstairs wasn't too bad. When I asked for a Hennessy and Coke, the bartender told me they didn't have Hennessy. Giiirrlll, don't chu know Hennessy? Yeah, they didn't have any cognac. Apparently they also don't know Hennessy's homeboy, Remy Martin, either. That night I had a Sex On The Beach and a Tequila Sunrise, both $6, which is pretty cheap (yeah, living in California will make you expect things to be expensive). But I was at least hoping the drinks would be stiff and they weren't. It was like I was drinking juice.

The only things the Pavilion had going for it were 1) the beautiful view of the Cincinnati skyline on the outdoor patio and deck and 2) the hip-hop/top 40 room on the ground floor. The DJ was spinning some 90's West Coast hip-hop (2Pac and Dr. Dre's "California Love" and some Snoop Dogg) so I felt right at home here. I wish they could've spun some decent electronic & house music upstairs but that wasn't the case.

This is one of three spots in Mount Adams repeatedly brought up when I talk to someone about the neighborhood. Coming from life in Oxford I knew it was going to be the Brickstreet of Mount Adams but I was pleasantly surprised. This place is best in the mid-evening before the rowdier crowd comes out. The food is okay for a bar and the service was good -- cute bartenders a plus.

The drink prices were steep, but expected for the area ($7 for a tiny Jack and Coke). I went here for a Derf Magazine 10 drinks for $10 happy hour. I recommend simply liking Derf on Facebook and being in the running for great winnings, i.e. two free entries to happy hour.

Best part about this place? The very many patios with views of Cincinnati. This place is so much bigger than it looks from the front door.

Great place, Not so great service.

I found myself at the Pavilion a couple Saturdays ago to see some friends of mine play out on the deck.  And that's the best part about this place.  The deck seems to extend upward for miles. Alright, so it's only three stories, but still.  There isn't a bigger outdoor deck area in this town.

However, not only was the deck (and my buddies music) the best thing about the Pavilion, it was the best thing about my entire experience.

It, of course, was crowded.  But that was no exception for some terrible service.  I ordered two rounds of drinks for me and the redhead and it took about 20 minutes of standing at the front of the round bar and waving my hands in the air as if I was directing an airplane pilot to their gate before finally getting noticed.  Note to bartenders:  If your bar is round, then you need to actually WALK AROUND the bar, not stay in one place as if your feet were nailed to the floor.

I decided to close the bar tab and join a crowd of other friends and acquaintance who had arrived.  The service didn't get much better from there.  The waitress serving the outdoor table somehow managed to forget my beer order two different times.  That's right; Not once, but twice!
Note to servers:  On exceptionally crowded evenings, write orders down.  You remember them better that way.  I will say that I enjoyed the way this particular server attempted to redeem herself by dancing out onto the dance floor to give me my final drink of the evening.

Finally, there was the men's restroom on the second level.  That probably deserves an article all to itself.  But I don't have that kind of room.  Suffice it to say that until that night, I had not urinated in a trough since I was a kid attending a ballgame at the Astrodome...circa  1985.

Enjoy your time outdoors at The Pavilion.  Just don't expect great service.

Ps uplink is a great place if you're trying to turn it up a notch. With multiple floors and the patio open in the summer with live music, pavilion is one of the best bars in Cincinnati.

If you're in town visiting you've got to stop by there. Also the WEBN fireworks are amazing from their deck at the top of mt adams.

Pavilion is another one of those bars that I have to be in the mood for.  It has one of the best views of the city and lots of deck space, but can be quite "club-ish" when it's crowded.

On weekend nights it attracts a certain demographic - young, single, and looking for a fun night out.  I usually opt to go upstairs because it can be less crowded or sit out on the deck if the weather is nice.  Be warned though that the deck can sometimes be populated by smokers and it is sometimes necessary to go up to the second or third deck.  However, this is not always a bad thing as the views up there are amazing.

For the ladies reading this review - be warned that guys seem to assume you are single for simply stepping into Pavilion.  Engagement rings are invisible to them!  If you're single though and looking to meet a guy, this is a good place.  People are generally friendly, especially at the upstairs bar.

As other reviewers have pointed out, they are not known for a good beer selection or very good drinks.  Their drinks are average.

On a side note....guys - if you're looking to impress/pickup a girl, do not buy her a Bud Light.  This seems to happen more often at Pavilion than other bars.  Ask her what she likes or if she would even like a drink at all.  Maybe she's DD that night, maybe she doesn't drink horrible beer, or maybe she doesn't drink alcohol at all but still likes to have a fun time.  I am not impressed by a Bud Light and neither are most girls that aren't giggly and in college.  Just saying.

The worst thing about Pavilion to me is that they charge a cover and they start EARLY.  I hate paying covers when I do not feel they are worth it.  I used to go to Pavilion more often when I was younger and single.  I'm only 24 now and sometimes feel old there, which is a good indicator of their demographic.

The handful of times I've been to Pavilion, it's more often than not been unbelievably crowded. Good for them; annoying for me. Coupled with long drink lines and thumping electronic music (usually, though there is sometimes hip hop, too), it isn't my ideal drinkery.

But despite its pitfalls that would keep me away from similar douchbaggery-filled bars, I find myself actually enjoying Pavilion, no thanks to its patio where there is a fantastic panorama of Downtown Cincinnati. On warmer nights, it is a great place to hang out with friends and enjoy the beautiful view of the Queen City.

And for that reason alone, I will always return.

This is a reluctant, begrudging 3 star review.

The Pavilion is quite the conundrum indeed.  On a nice spring, summer or fall afternoon or evening there is no other place in the city that offers the kind of view and ambiance that the Pavilion offers.  Situated high on Mt Adams, the Pavilion offers three outside decks where one can enjoy a crappy domestic beer while enjoying the sun and the skyline.  Also during this time there are plenty of decent happy hour specials.

However at night the Pavilion undergoes an unsightly transformation, with the happy, unassuming Dr Jekyll transforming into the menacing Mr. Hyde like meat factory (insert typical night club stereotype here).  This is a desirable treat for some, but not for me.

Another thing to note, is that on St Patrick's Day they had some of the best beer specials in the city.  Usually the best part of St Paddy's Day is not the green beer in plastic cups, but that it is usually one of the first really nice days in Spring.  And if St Pat's Day is like the one that we had this year, then there is no better place to enjoy a lukewarm, green Miller Lite than on the awesome deck overlooking the city.

    To recap

5, heck 6, 10, 20, infinite stars for the view
3 stars for Happy Hour and other specials
0 stars for anything after the sunset

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one of my friends who likes The Pavilion, but I can't deny that I enjoy this place... *most* of the time!

Firstly, the only time the Pavilion is worth visiting is between April and September when the weather is warm enough to spend time outside. The views from the decks are second to none - a nearly unobstructed panorama of Cincinnati. I've been here twice during colder-weather months, and it's a completely different world. What's light, airy, and fun in the summer is congested, loud, and stuffy in the winter.

Another thing I enjoy about this place is the multiple levels (one of which is only outdoors, so again - it's only worth using in the warm weather). The basement has the bathrooms and coat check, the main level is split between a bar with a TV and a quasi-club area with another bar, lounges to rent, and bottle service available. If not outside, I usually spend my time on this floor because it is the more casual of the two "loud" floors. It also has another small bar on the outdoor deck which stays open during cold weather thanks to the abundant heaters.

The 3rd floor has a more club scene to it - a large bar with couches and the loudest of the 4. I personally do NOT like this floor, despite being a 20-something who likes having a good time on the weekends. Maybe it's because I've never been much into clubbing and maybe it's because I haven't been single and on the prowl in nearly 8 years. Whatever the case, unless you are in the search for Mr/Miss Right Now, steer clear of the 3rd floor. The 4th floor is only an outdoor bar and is my favorite place to hang out in warm weather. It's on the tippy top of the Pavilion and is much quieter than the other outdoor decks.

There are many nights with specials, themed parties, and pretty decent bar food. On the main floor large outside deck, there is live music during the summer months. The abundance of bars doesn't necessarily mean you won't be waiting in a crowd, screaming for the bartender's attention, but that's no different than any weekend night at any other bar (especially those on Mt Adams or Downtown).

For 4 months of the year I truly enjoy the Pavilion (mostly if I stay outdoors), but for a non-single non-club-goer like myself, I prefer the pubs and wine bars down the street.

    View-5
    Drink Selection - 1
    Layout-4

This place definitely has a demographic, and if you are in college, single, and don't have a particularly refined palate when it comes to alcohol, then this is your spot!

But, if you're old, married, and enjoy a quiet drink... RUN... run down the street to Blind Lemon or something like that...

What could be awkward about a dance club in Mt. Adams? Well, maybe the fact that it's a dance club in Mt. Adams.

Okay, let's clarify, Pavilion is a dance club where there isn't really a lot of dancing going on. Since I had been to Pavilion years ago I wasn't expecting a lot. I was expecting to feel old at the age of 26, which I did. I was expecting a crappy beer selection, which there was. However, from the thumping music I was expecting dancing, which there wasn't. Everyone was gathered around the bar, standing still or crowded together and on the "dance floor" not dancing. I tried to wander upstairs but a barricade of early twenties, mini-dress wearing co-ed's texting with their heads down were blocking the way for anyone to move. And I was done at this point.

With most places that I give 1 star I have to say this place just wasn't for me. I was ready to leave the second I walked in. However, if you're in your early twenties and don't mind everyone staring at you while you and your drunk friends dance to Ja Rule via 2003 then this just may be your spot.

Five stars, easily for the spectacular view!  This place is beautiful to go to during the summer and enjoy the many decks that over look the city.

I've been once during the summer, and the last time over New Years Eve.  While I haven't been to other places in Mt. Adams, I think Pavilion is overrated.  Both times I've been there, it has been full of very inebriated guests.  I've seen individuals who are so drunk they blatantly fall down and have spilled their drinks on me and my friends.  While it is fun to dance, it is not fun to dance with very loud music blaring in your ears.  I thought the drinks were reasonably priced.  The bartenders and staff seemed efficient and friendly.

The only strange part; they had a New Year's Eve party, which my two friends had bought tickets to.  Although they said it was sold out, I had attempted to call throughout the day to talk to a staff member to see if another friend and I could buy tickets, or attend if people didn't show up.  I even left a message for a manager, and never received a phone call back.  I called ELEVEN times between 11 and 4, and never once was able to speak to a staff member.  I know they were open, because their website said so.

While the view is beautiful, I still feel it is overrated and was not left very happy with never being able to talk to a staff member.  My final rating:  2.5 stars.

Although massive and spread out over 4 levels, Pavilion still manages to be overcrowded on any given weekend night.  I guess I must be getting older because I'm starting to notice the places that are full of the same crowd all the time and too loud inside.  But it's my review so I'm entitled to my opinion I suppose.

If you're looking for a club atmosphere in Mt. Adam's, Pavilion is your place to be.  If you are looking for a spot to enjoy good company or get a good drink at a decent price, look anywhere else.  Needless to say, the beer list here is absolutely terrible.  Even if they did have good beer, I would be afraid to see what they would charge for it.

I have missed this place deeply after moving away from the Nati 6 years ago. I got my fix last Sept when I was in Cincy for the Bengals ve. Steelers game. Great friendly Cincy people, amazing views of downtown/river, and 3 levels of bars and balconies. Its a very chill bar and will recommend it to anyone

So if you want to go dancing don't go here because it's a wall to wall frat party.  8 people let us write penis on their hands because they were so belligerent.  Drinks are shitty, beer selection is minimal, the bartenders were unavailable, and apparently they take fire hazards pretty seriously because you cant stand by the steps without getting bitched at. Im glad i didn't pay to get in here, and i hope that nobody else ever does.

5 stars for the view itself.  I don't know why, but I wasn't expecting Cincy to be so full of hills.  I like it!   The view from Mount Adams Pavillion can't be beat.  My friend took me here on a very slow Thursday night (the last night I was in town).  The inside is decorated in a trendy, lounge style theme.  There was a live DJ spinning through there were only four patrons in the bar.  There are THREE decks outside and a SPECTACULAR VIEW!  I could only imagine the fun that is had out there on busier nights.  For a Thursday night, the overall mood in the bar was mellow, yet trendy. It was fun having a drink, taking in the view, and occasionally dancing.

One drawback, the drinks are sooo teeny tiny.  My drink was served in a glass that looked big enough to be 2 shots.  I put a tall straw in my cup, but that just made my drink look even smaller! haha.  I'm used to overpaying for drinks back home in Downtown Chicago, but this was too funny.

It would be nice to experience it on a busier night, but all in all, I liked Mt. Adams Pavilion.

The Pavilion in Mt. Adams is hands-down my favorite spot in Cincinnati (so far).  You have five-levels of succulent drinks, dancing, beautiful people (men and women) and breathtaking views of the 'Nati skyline.  The bartenders are hot, the drinks are mixed to perfection (the Dirty Sapphire Martinis I enjoyed there were spot on), and the jams are always pumping.  One floor is dedicated to dancing (where one can easily meet someone to "dance" with) and the DJ always has the hottest hits.  The top deck offers the best view of the city.  Overall, this place screams fun and getting wild!

How can you say anything bad about Mt. Adams Pavilion? The views are incredible, the bar itself is eclectic and funky and the vibe from staff and patrons alike is relaxed and hip, yet in a completely non pretentious way that is unique to all of the owners bars (AliveOne, The Stand, etc)
    .
Not only does Pavilion have awesome resident Dj's on staff but they consistently raise the bar by bringing in musical talent from around the country (DJ AM, DJ Spider, Samantha Ronson, etc).

Their drink prices are reasonable in comparison to comparable venues and if you're on a budget they have nightly specials and happy hours. If you're going out on a draft beer budget, then no where in Mt. Adams is going to be the perfect fit for the night though, you are always going to pay a bit more for the price of atmosphere.  Just the way it is.

This is the best bar/nightclub in town and is the catalyst Cincinnati night life needs to keep other bars/clubs on their toes. Thank you Pavilion, I will see you next weekend ;)

An old friend told me she was headed here and insisted I come--as it was supposed to be some amazing night-spot in Cinci.

I really and honestly say: No, no it is not.

The three-floor design, which is cute and fun (but maybe they have an elevator for wheelchairs, not sure?) gets old quite fast when you realize that the music is as horrible as it gets. And it's not just on one level, it's on all three. I think they played "Poker Face" by Lady Gaga, and I'm sorry to report, that was their highlight, besides Beyonce's "Single Ladies." I wish I were joking.

But it must be said that at least the ladies here dress with some modicum of self-respect, as this place didn't encourage outright nakedness of its patrons, like "Metropolis" seems to do.

The cover, the price of the badly made drinks, in addition to the lackluster interior design on two of the three levels makes this place greatly disappointing. It has potential, but it fails to reach it.

Fortunately for "Pavilion," its target audience is too drunk to realize any of this.

Avoid if you have any respect for yourself and the places you haunt.

(Another note about accessibility issues [since I mentioned the staircase design]: the height of the bar on the 2nd floor's back patio is quite high, and it concerns me when thinking about people trying to order drinks--it seems no one even thought about people under 6 feet when choosing that distant teller-style of a mini-bar)

There is one major problem with Pavilion:  price.

We visited late Saturday after indulging at the cheaper drinks at Monk's Cove for a few hours.

Pavilion is the place to see and be seen in Mt. Adams, especially on weekends.  Cover charge was $5 a head but it was almost worth it on this particular hot night as the inside bar was air conditioned and the patios allowed fresh air to circulate among the hundreds of patrons.

You cannot beat the views that Pavilion offers, they'd be astoundingly romantic if it weren't for the loud club music and binge drinking happening against the pretty backdrop!  Pavilion is huge and features seven bars (just the ones that I saw) so visitors can be sure they'll never be without libations.

I wasn't thrilled with the $7 price tag attached to my tiny vodka soda but I was happy with our overall experience at Pavilion.

The Pavilion is a decent place to hangout when the weather is nice, because there is spacious seating on their multi-tiered deck. However, I'm in total agreement with Christoffer M.'s assessment of the joints fraternity boy and pick-artist appeal.

The Pavilion does serve food, but I have to admit I was very unimpressed with their menu. A few years I ago, a big group of my coworkers and I ordered just about every appetizer they had on the menu. We were completely wowed by the high quality of the ingredients and the eclectic selection of dishes.

The kitchen operation had obviously changed since then. The menu was now bland and typical--nachos, chicken tenders, wraps, and burgers. My friend ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, while I just went with a side salad since nothing really inspired my taste buds. The chicken in the wrap was doused with way too much buffalo sauce, making it too spicy and difficult to eat.

Pavilion is an okay happy hour spot, but avoid the food unless you just need something to sober up.

Pavilion is a bastion for the former fraternity/sorority folks.  It's loud.  It's popular.  Its specials (like 10 drinks for $10 on Fridays from 6-9) encourage excess.  The sticky floors testify that many people are unable to control said excess (I'm talking spillage, not regurgitation).  My bathroom, however, has seen the latter after friends have started too fast too early.

As such, it is Mt Adams' unrivaled destination for pickup artists.  Ladies - good luck avoiding the advances of the popped collar posse.  Gentlemen - learn to dance.  Not only does it provide multiple raucous floors for flirtation, it also boasts a pretty fantastic multi-leveled deck with outstanding views of the city, a perfect retreat for when you've moved from the initial approach to some sort of conversation, assuming you haven't indulged to excess.

Pavilion is to be loved or hated.  If the nightclub dance scene is yours, then check it out.  If it isn't, then head next door to aliveOne.

My friends and I planned a Bachelorette party for Saturday night. We called about two weeks in advance to see whether or not we would have trouble getting in since we had a large group. They told us not a problem and they would even offer us half price admission. So we were definitely excited to go and spend some money. When we arrived the door people were extremely rude and had no idea what was going on. We told them we had spoken to one of the managers, but it didnt seem to bother them.

All in all, the door people were very uninviting and rude. The manager was no where to be found and the communication within the establishment was unacceptable. I will not be back nor will my fifteen other friends.
