Owen (the owner) is the BEST.  This place is awesome next to the train station, but you must stop for the pizza.

So friendly and comfortable, great drinks and cold beers.

    Winner!!!!!

Very nice bar and very nice people.  This bar has a iTunes music player.  They also have free pop corn.  The chili is awesome and the rest of the menu is also very good.  The service is fast and good.  I would return.

Orazio's is the perfect neighborhood bar.
A cute, little, tiny, regular, ordinary bar. It is uncluttered and unpretentious; it is a welcoming place for casual meetups and beer on tap.

While I admit I don't go there often, it is still my hands down favorite bar in the western 'burbs.

They have nice big round tables for relaxing with friends, free popcorn,  a jukebox, some video games, a few tvs, and a selection of (not very good) food to chow on. It's conveniently located near, but not in, downtown Naperville.

    It's a very chill dive.

Being from Chicago, I wouldn't travel all the way on a Saturday night; however, it is a great spot and has great prices for a drink before taking the Metra home.  I haven't tried the food, but it seems like they have a decent menu.

"Here's what were going to do:  We're going to take the Metra out to this bar in Naperville, that none of us have ever been to, and have a shot competition.  Every one has to create a shot using whatever booze will be available at this bar...and you can bring your own condiments."

These are the things that my crazy friends come up with and this is what brought me to Orazio Pub with a syringe full of peanut butter in my purse.

Upon first glance, Orazio Pub looks like a total dive.  My first impression was that it reminded me of the little townie bars near the various lakes in Wisconsin.  A place where everyone knows you and you'll always find a friend, good conversation, and an ice cold beer.  In other words, this was my kind of place.

The inside was cute.  The service was great and we were immediately greeted and served a few pitchers of beer.  But what about the shot competition?!  I started to panic as my original idea included Chambord.  Would this dive bar have it??  Yes.  Yes, they did.

So, even though this place feels like a dive, they stock a variety of liqueurs.  Plus the pub grub is pretty good and they have Big Buck Hunter.

If you stop in, be sure to check out the bathrooms.  The men's room is decorated like the bowels of hell while the women's room is bedazzled.

Warning:  This is not a "Naperville" bar.

Great place to grab a beer before heading to the city or a brown-bagged 6-pack.

Steps from the Metra station Orazio's is the kind of bar you'd expect to find in a rural area, not Naperville.  It has a divey, townie, chill, neighborhood bar feel.  Most, if not all the patrons on any given week day evening are male and seem to be regulars - cursing, playing cards and giving anyone hell who holds the door open too long.

Free popcorn is always on tap and the ladies behind the bar are attentive and friendly.
The inside is dark, the blinds are always closed the bar extends almost the entire length of one side of the building with a few TV's above the bar.  If this tells you anything about the bar . . . on the inside of the door of the women's restroom you'll find the saying: "candy is dandy but liquor is quicker."

The only caution I have for this place is, beware, when you leave you'll be smelling like fried food, but hey, it's a small price to pay for the convenience.

This place is buy the metra station and is a bad bar. It is small cramped and the food is awful. It is really not worth visiting even if you are waiting for a train. They had two bartenders working the night I went and it took them about five minutes to serve me. They also have beer bottles on display that they do not even serve. Go figure.

Don't expect gourmet or pretense.  Nothing fancy.  Tasty food, reasonable prices, local tavern ambiance.  It's nice to see a simple place still doing business in town.  Keep your expectations modest and you won't be disappointed.

Best food I've had waiting for a train... The chicken pot pie was delicious! It took a while but it was worth it! Yummy!

Haven't had the food, but there are a lot of good people here.  Stop in for a drink the next time you're in Naperville!

One of the best dive bars in Naperville..and unfortunately, there aren't many to choose from. What's not to love about getting a drink while you wait for the train?? And to-go booze in brown bags?? Sold!

Thanks for making my train rides more interesting, Orazio!!!

They have Big Buck Hunter.  That pretty much seals the deal for me.

More of a dive-type place, but a good chill spot.  Free popcorn is always a nice perk!!  Had lunch there a few times, good cheap sandwiches.

Pretty spacious dive bar.  The actual bar is huge with plenty of seating.  It's right at the Naperville train station so you can pop in before the train arrives.  They even sell to-go beers for the train ride.  For a 6-pack of Domestic bottles it is $8.25.

Really like this place! It's nice anytime you find a unpretentious venue is a REALLY pretentious town, lol. Wait, being a business owner here- maybe I shouldn't say that (although honest)- I digress, lol.

Love the popcorn, I think they put crack in it. Seriously- it's great. The food is awesome, every single staff member I have ever met was totally personable and prompt.

MAJOR + for being AT the train station! Nothing like meeting all your buds to head down to a game via train... at the bar... have a couple... and can't possibly miss the train-- it's right there! Also one of the few places you can still get "a couple to go."

Not super thrilled they got rid of the dart board- but they did upgrade to the HUGE screen golden tee~! I'd still rather play darts, I'm much better at darts, lol. I know it's tight quarters to deal with- but lost 1 star because of losing the board.

I dig Orazio's!  My friends band always plays here.  They have a great patio for the summer nights.  Their food is really good.  They make awesome burgers at lunch.  Some dude stands outside and uses a charcoal grill.  I love this bar because its away from all the choads on the main Naperville strip.  Nothing makes me happier than hanging with some chill pals with a Coors Light in hand and popcorn from a popcorn machine.

This is a Napervillian Dive bar, I guess.

The bar is not granite, or some other fancy rock, it's a kitchenesque counter top that spans about 25 bar stools. Easy to clean for all the messes the 'keeps make me thinks.

I ordered my gin and tonic and she reached for the Tanq right away, a great sign, still a light pour though. My companion for the night had the same, but hers was more heavy. Interesting. 'Keeps working in your favor? Beautiful.

I stuck with the Hacker Pshorr's for the remainder of the evening, being a self serve drink, I enjoyed the 'here you do it' attitude from the 'keeps.

The bathroom was I guess why this is a dive. Littered with various epitaphs regarding politics. Wait. Politics? I was reading with glee about people's opinions on the the Top Three with a smirk. No "Call Gina for a good time @ ____ " or "Juan's 10 inches" just talking about DonkeyLippedObama and TooTightHillary or BeatMeAgainJohnMcCane (sic).

Free popcorn. And a way's away from the downtown meat market.
