Penn Station East Coast Subs

You know when you walk in a place and you can feel the negatively in the air.Thats how I felt last night.The employee never acknowledged my presence and was so rude when taking my order.I changed my mind and just left.

This was an OK Penn Station although I do prefer the one in Delhi. Food took a little long and the customer service was......barky? The shift lead behind the counter barked at the customers both in taking orders and letting them know their food was ready. Parking is tight.

The parking is definitely a problem here. There are only a handful of spots for each place in the strip mall, and getting in and out can be difficult.

I've had mixed results with this Penn Station. Sometimes the service is great, and other times it is terrible. Once they absolutely refused to take my phone order, because they were too busy. Even when I told them I could wait!

But in the end, it is the closest Penn to my house, so I'll take it. I love the bread, the grilling, the fries. Just awesome!
