SLOW SERVICE - FREEZING COLD - INCONSISTENT FOOD. We were excited enough about the concept to take some friends. This time the wind from the beach was freezing, and the girls in the group were not happy about that. This also meant the food got cold before it hit the table. Our waiter offered us blankets, which we eagerly accepted, but they never came. From the time we ordered, we waited about a half hour for the food to arrive, which gave us plenty of time to talk about how maybe the trailer/kitchen might need to be 2 trailer/kitchens to speed things up a bit. So maybe after waiting in the cold, we were hoping for too much, but the food was not great: the shrimp was good, steak chewy, and pizza horrible. We ate 1 slice and left it, and the waiter didn't ask if it was ok. I imagine he was huddled next to a heater somewhere and wanted to get back to it.

Love the ambiance.  This is the first of I hope many businesses to come to Ft Lauderdale into the Birch Beach neighborhood just south of the Bonnet House.  Great place to enjoy a glass of wine, sit outside, chat with friend and enjoy the music.  We split the chocolate dessert which was FABULOUS! Great wine selection too:) We will definitely come back soon to try dinner!
