    Qdoba breakfast is UNBEATABLE!

This 24HR Fri-Sun Qdoba has become a staple in the Highlands. Always an entertaining visit no matter the early morning hour.  Breakfast is ONLY served on the weekends from midnight (Friday) - 11:00 AM (Sat-Sun).   I'm gluten free so I get my burritos naked.  Try the chorizo with queso and potatoes. I add verde salsa.   ;)

As if I wasn't already a Qdoba zealot - their breakfast menu takes the cake... or well tops my burrito.

24-hours on the weekends to deal with the drunken morons coming and going from the bars in the Highlands (and sometimes myself!). The wait sucks, the staff is awesome, and no one even batted an eye when I rolled in at 5am on a Sunday morning still wearing my outfit, special effects make-up and painted rotted teeth after finishing a shift at the haunted house.

A little crowded, a little rowdy, but whatever, right?

Square burritos continue to bum me out. Of their locations around town this one has the best ambience.

I just wanted to praise the late night staff on their patience with the barrage of drunk people wanting burritos. The are always courteous and patient.

One of the best breakfast burritos in town. However the only thing keeping me from giving this place a full 5 stars is their hours. Some of the workers go off the door some go off their 24 hour policy on friday sat and sunday. It gets confusing and frustrating.

Did you know you can get an entire paper bag full of chips for a dollar?? Yes please.

It's Qdoba. You know how they roll. The bathroom at this location is pretty consistently nasty.

You get 4 stars for your fresh ingredients and making me a borrito the size of my dome. It should be noted that this particular qdoba has a HUGE dinning room and some outdoor seating.. Legit

Qdoba food is always good.  This one in my opinion is the best.  Maybe it's because they are always open and always busy.  The Qdoba food just tastes better here.  Sweet tea = yum yum

I usually stray away from reviewing chains unless someone does something especially well (or poorly). I generally love Qdoba, but after having subpar meals back in Cincinnati recently, I was hesitant to stop by for lunch while on our Louisville road-trip. Lucky for me, our lunch ended up exceeding my expectations.

Parking here is ample with both street spaces in the front and a shared private lot in the rear. The restaurant in located in a cute brick shopping "center," and on a warmer day, they have a nice patio area to eat and soak up the rays. It's a great location. Of course, I suppose that I could be biased. I've always loved this part of Bardstown Road for it's fun, relaxed, and eclectic vibe.

Anyhow, I could sense right as we walked in that the food was going to be better than the Qdoba that I've had recently. They had 5 employees working the front line, including a manager supervising the process. Unlike some other locations, they were really on top of things and prepared for any lunch rush. The line moved quickly-- just as any fast casual restaurant should. The staff was also super friendly, with smiles all around. Their professionalism totally translated into good food. Toppings on our burritos were ample, and everything was fresh and hot. We didn't partake because we had a long day ahead of us, but this location even has basic beer selections available.

In addition to the great service, the dining room here is huge. It has multiple rooms off of the main dining room that are still very open and bright, but were nice to duck off into with the kids. Even as the lunch crowd started to pile in, it was possible to have a peaceful meal.

The one downside we found is that the bathrooms were totally gross. The floors were sticky, and the overall cleanliness was lacking (ashes, toilet paper strewn around, etc.). There was also graffiti all in the stalls and hallway. I like to think we just caught them on a bad day, but given the graffiti and the fact that the restrooms are a bit hidden by the back door, my guess is that they have a problem with some shady loiterers. Hopefully, they find a way to get that straightened out.

Overall, as long as you don't have to hit the little boys or girls rooms, this was a great representative of the Qdoba brand. Exactly how it should be!

I agree with the OK rating. The burrito at Qdoba Mexican Grill was nothing special and also not as good as Chipotle. However i would rate the eye candy at 5 stars. For that I think it's worth the visit. It was great to see that you can order beer. Loads or seating inside and outside the restaurant. Service was very efficient. On Friday and Saturday evenings Qdoba Mexican Grill is open 24 hours. There is a parking lot across the street behind the Sprint store.

And yes people check the facts Chipotle was founded in1993, Qboda wasn't established until 1995.

PROS: It's Qdoba, which means it's better than a burger. They serve beer, and there's a parking lot , so you don't have to try to find a spot on Bardstown Road.

CONS: It's not Chipotle. The steak is either not spicy enough or too much. Long lines if you're around typical lunch-dinner times.

If you want a big burrito and you're in the area, it's worth it, but I wouldn't make a special trip for it.

The food is Qdoba food.  You've probably had it before. It's not gourmet, but it's pretty tasty.  But you probably already knew that.

What sets this location apart is the location and the hours of operation.  Their patio at Bardstown and Eastern Parkway is the best location for people watching in the city.  (Okay, it might tie the Heine Bros. patio across the street)

And on Friday and Saturday, they are open 24 hours.  For my money, they have completely surpassed Taco Bell as the preferred purveyor of the 2am burrito.

This is the most popular location of Qdoba in all of Louisville. So popular that they are now open 24 hours Thurs-Sunday. Breakfast now served midnight to 6 AM. Thank you.

Atmosphere: 5 stars for the patio, 2 stars for the single stall bathroom
Food: 5 stars for the chips, 4.5 stars for the built it yourself food

No, this is not gourmet food. Yes, it's better than fast food. Yes, its cheaper than a sit down place.

I would have given it 4 stars, but I'm going 5 stars to boost the average. Plus, they sponsored the Fleet Feet 5k at night, which was tons of fun.

Run of the mill mexican fast food fare. The nachos and quesadillas are about the best thing on the menu, but still a little over priced. The burritos always have too much filler (i.e. rice & beans) for my taste.

    day 39 of my trip.........

to quote doctor phil, "call your wife a bitch cuz you a goony bird."
and this place is the popular fast food restaurant out here. but unlike taco bell, they put it together in front of you subway style. you can even order your burrito naked. that's how i always order my stuff, naked. it means no tortilla, on a plate, the way God made it.

i ain't no goony bird but this place is alright. pretty big burritos. they kinda rush you and service ain't nothin to write home to big mama about but its ok. fo sho.

    My experience here was horrible.

The food was terrible, and tasted like it had been out for a while.

I asked for guacamole... and there was about a tablespoon of guacamole that was applied to my burrito.  After asking for more, the guy just smeared the back of the spoon on the tortilla.  Then he didn't even fold it correctly!

It was messy (and not because it was a burrito.  I frequent Chipotle and hardly ever drop anything), tasteless, and stale.  AND I got gypped on the guacamole (that I paid for).

I wouldn't go back if you paid me.
