I am not a fan of Quiznos. They seem overpriced for what you are getting. A regular sub, chips, and a drink runs you about $10. Good things about this Quiznos is that the staff is genuinely nice and they occupied an old building, instead of going for the new buildings below UPA.
I don't like the idea of putting on your own toppings and I don't know why they have you do it. Some of the toppings are behind the counter, others are at a little station by the drinks. I asked for lettuce and banana peppers on my sub, and he directed me to the station with banana peppers, but put the lettuce on my sub behind the counter. If it were not for the location, and the nice staff, it would have received two stars.
