Campanello's Italian Restaurant

Meh. Nothing special. It took forever and the food wasn't very impressive - I'd almost go somewhere like Fazolis over this place. Nothing was gross or inedible, but it wasn't very flavorful either. It was just food to fill an empty stomach.

Like other reviews have said, Campanello's can be summed up in one word -- uninspired. Food is haphazardly plated and overpriced, the service is brusque, and the decor feels grungy. One begins to wonder if they're actually putting any effort into their work.
For all the positive reviews that describe Campanello's as a quaint home style meal, Scotti's Italian Restaurant does it a hundred times better.

My friend and I came here looking for an authentic home style  Italian meal and we found it. Campanellos is 100% Italian family style cooking . When we arrived we were greeted by the a friendly waitress (who has been previously described as slutty but i found them both to be sweet girls) and were seated immediately at an open table in front of the bar.  We ordered the ravioli and  baked manicotti ... Yum,

Overall Campenello's is a quaint Lil Joint offering authenticate Italian family cooking and a good knowledgeable (and pretty funny too) staff.
