Father and Son Restaurant

We have been going to Father and Son since I've been a little kid, when the other Milwaukee location was still open. Even though we live almost 15 miles away now, we still take the trip out just for their chicken and coleslaw. It's absolutely delicious! Their thin pizza is also VERY good.

Last night just proved how good their customer service is too. I ordered a large takeout order and came a little early to pick it up. They tried to rush to get my food, which I believe is why they forgot to give us an extra chicken dinner and an appetizer. As soon as I got home, I realized we were missing those items. I was really disappointed because it's not like this place is anywhere close to my town where I can just hop in the car and pick it up.

When I spoke to the manager to complain, he was very apologetic and had one of his delivery guys drive all the way to Schiller Park to drop off our food. He even threw in a dessert. Now that's what I call GREAT customer service!

I typically order from here a couple times a month.  I always get delivery.  They have a reward program and always offer coupons in email.   The pizza is okay.  The pasta's are good.  I order the southwest salad and their thin crust pizza.  Their prices are reasonable and the portions are huge.  I will also recommend the half meat and half cheese ravioli with marinara, that was my go to for a while until I discovered the southwest salad.

Delivery....bad idea. Probably would be good as dine in. I'd recommend they don't offer delivery to save their reputation.
