  If you're looking for gourmet tacos, this is the place. Between my bf and I, we have tried almost every single kind they have and they are ALL delicious! I'd recommend trying their guacamole as well. Fresh, tasty, and a great deal.
  
  They have different lunch specials everyday and Humana employees get an additional 15% off lunch Tues-Thurs.

  we went for lunch and sampled a wide variety of items.  the crispy well made chips came with a pico de gallo and sweet pineapple type salsa.  neither had any spice.  we also had a towering plate of nachos that unfortunately had cold queso on the chips.  My pork belly sandwich had several cuts of belly that were solid fat with no pork, and was hard to eat.  we tried a variety of tacos, and although everything was fresh tasting, it was all under seasoned, with no heat at all.  the mannyrita was also very watered down.  I think this is a good spot if you are one who doesn't like spicy food or strong ritas.

  Great bar! We went two nights in a row on our trip to Louisville. Bartenders Abby and Darwin were awesome! They had live music, country style - without too much twang- playing from 9 - midnight both Friday and Saturday when we were there. Several tequila choices. 6-8 beers on draft. tv's above the bar. Cool atmosphere. Fun place.

  We checked out Manny & Merle when some friends were in town. Our bartender was very helpful and nice while we were waiting to be seated. I enjoyed the uniforms the staff was wearing. Their drink menu is creative and strong. Food is served family style and is tasty. We really enjoyed the salsas! Seems like they have a lot of live music as well, so that's always a plus!

  Manny & Merle is tex mex crossed with honkabilly.  I have been twice for lunch and both times the food was good.  They do a lunch special $8 for 3 tacos.  Want to come in the future (after work) and try some of the adult beverages- there is a wall of bourbons and tequilas.
  
  The cheese dip was good, but something about the consistency is not quite right.  I don't know if it was because I had chorizo added.
  
  The shrimp and chorizo torta was flavorful.  The best item I have had was the fish tacos.  Saw another table order the nachos (which were giant) so I will have to go back for those.
  
  Overall, the menu is limited, but the location is great if you are headed to the Yum Center.

  Excellent staff! Very accommodating, especially for our group of 8! Pork belly tacos and grilled pineapple guacamole was fantastic! Very well priced and great drink selection! We were very impressed with the live musician that played too!
