Margaritas Mexican Grill

Saturday night. Place was almost empty and still couldn't get service. Bartender/Waiter/Cashier(all of which was 1 dude) ignored us even though we were sitting at the bar for a good 10min. We grabbed our own menus...another large party wasn't waited on either and we all walked out together. Amazing that a place with no patrons could afford to let potential business walk out the door. Will never go back. Utterly disappointing. Worst (non existent) service. Ever.

I don't get all the negative reviews about this restaurant. I like the food, the menu selection is pretty big, and the portions are good. Like another reviewer said, they also keep the chips and salsa coming.

They have a coupon in the Entertainment book for a buy 1 get 1 free meal. Service is attentive and atmosphere is family friendly. I believe I've seen live music and dance night events on weekends. Parking is plentiful with lots of street meters and a lot 2 doors down.

If anyone was wondering if Margaritas is still a sh*t show .. it is.
Some co workers and myself decided to give it another shot and it was just as bad as we remembered. The server dumped the chips straight on the table and didn't replace them. I ordered water, got soda water, and was charged for it. Ordered the tilapia "special" at a dollar discount, got chicken, no "special"  discount. The server forgot to ring up my soda water ( that I didn't order ) so I had to check out twice and he didn't even give me the right change. Did I mention we were the only table the server had... The whole thing was laughable. It was like Murphy's law put to the test.

Even if we had had good service, the food is still subpar and the restaurant is still super dirty.
