First time going this past weekend and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I went for a friends birthday and there was maybe 30 of us and I believe everything went smoothly. The food is great and the waiters were nice. I don't go to Tyson's at all but I would go back just to try something else on the menu.
Review Source:It's a bar/grill template that doesn't really have anything that stands out. Â I tried the special Southwest Pasta that is limited in supply and it didn't phase me at all. Â I was unimpressed. Â Also the location of this restaurant is too far out of the way to generate too much business. Â At least you know you'll be able to get a seat during Happy Hour time no matter what.
Review Source:After posting a review about my terrible experience, the manager contacted me via yelp and offered me a second try of Norton's on the house. I was a bit skeptical at first if it was worth going back and risking another horrible dinner. My boyfriend and I ventured back to the restaurant and couldn't have been more surprised. We had the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer (battered) and it was delicious. Our caesar salads were great. We both ordered the ribs and we were both very happy with our findings. As the manager promised, they were falling off the bone. They tasted sweet yet smokey. The shoestring fries were great too. We didn't have room for dessert, but judging by our first two course it could have been great.
The most important difference was the service! Our server and the manager on duty were amazing last night and so friendly and attentive. It was the complete opposite of the server-manager duo we initially dealt with in our first experience. I would honestly have to kudos to Nortons for changing my mind completely and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family (especially if they are looking for good ribs).
