Sit down Auntie Anne's! Vinnie's GP serves perhaps the best pretzel I've ever had and at prices that will have you coming back for more (I had two!). So, I pigged out and had two of the Sister of No Mercy (glazed with hot sauce and then drowned in Parmesan cheese), good lord it was so good. Prices are on a sliding scale: $3 ea - 2 for $5 - 3 for $7. Nice deal! I will certainly return to try out their other pretzel varieties.

I had a cinnamon and sugar pretzel.  It was heavy on the cinnamon and lacking in the sugar.  I like cinnamon.  But on a pretzel you need a good balance with sugar.  Although the pretzel was nice and warm when I received it, it was actually kind of dry and disappointing.

Yummy! Yummy! I got The Friar and paid extra for some cheese sauce. It was really good. Really, really good. They didn't skimp out on the salt like some places. It was fluffy and warm and salty and darn good. Soft pretzels are pretty good and these pretzels are great! Man, I wish I had one right now...

Ah, the pretzel. That crisp knot of doughy-goodness that pulls you in at ballparks, movie theatres, and the mall food court. Vinnie's takes pretzels to a new high. His food truck serves up fresh baked, made to order pretzels. Each comes with a hilarious name which pokes fun at religion.

There are six pretzels to choose from:
    -  The Pope: Parmesan cheese
    -  The Morning Monk: cinnamon sugar
    -  The Sister of Mercy: hot sauce and Parmesan
    -  The Sister of No Mercy: fire sauce and Parmesan
    -  The Friar: salted
    -  The Abbott: unsalted

All the pretzels cost $3.00 each, 2 for $5.00 or 3 for $7.00. You can also get a side of cheese dipping sauce for $1.50.

But wait... it gets better! Vinnie's serves up fresh squeezed, carnival-style lemonade. Yes, with the lemon juicer and gigantic plastic cups. These cost $3.00 each. Now I can get lemonade during any season of the year... and a pretzel!

I was craving something traditional, so I went with the Abbott with a side of cheese. It was delicious, warm, and just the right texture. The cheese sauce was an enormous cup; enough for three pretzels. I'll definitely be tracking down this pretzel truck again. I hear it hides out at 5th and Race Street from 11:00am-3:00pm during the week.
