    Good atmosphere
Love the beer selection. Our table all pretty much ordered burgers and everyone seemed satisfied. I ordered a chicken pot pie but it wasn't really a pot pie. It was chicken noodle soup/gravy in a bowl, topped with a flaky buttery pie crust bread chunk. It was delicious, just different. Huge restaurant with two levels. The upstairs patio is super nice. Some of the tables have fire pits in the middle, pretty genius. Downstairs has tv's for the sports watching fans. Service is always consistent and friendly.

    Great beer selection.

Most of the food choices on the menu are a bit weird but they have some basics. I had the french dip and it was really good. Had a hint of BBQ taste with super good beef so it tasted awesome. The french fries were marginal.

The place is your typical yuppie decor with no real personality. The service was really good.

Basically, if you love beer, upscale bar food, and the highlands, you will love the Ale House.

I'm a strong believer that people shouldn't be able to see through their beer, and with the rotating selections and easily-navigatable (totally a word) beer menu, I can always find something SO DELICIOUS.

Also, you can get a personalized grilled cheese sammich. With goat cheese, prosciutto, tomato, and avocado. Or jalapeno poppers stuffed with peanut butter and dipped in jelly. Or big, fried mounds of blue cheese on a bison burger.

Do you like to get sort of drunk of a 12% beer and then eat food that's so juicy and delicious stuff runs down your arms? Yeah. I thought so. ME TOO!

I was staying at a nearby hotel and was hoping for something like pot roast as a hearty dinner on a snowy night.  The reviews for the Ale House looked OK but I saw meat loaf, pot pies and mac-n-cheese so I figured this was the place.

They have an extensive beer menu and my server was knowledgeable on the different beers.  She did recommend the meat loaf but only based upon customer feedback as she doesn't eat much meat.  It is a bison and Italian sausage combination meat loaf.  The flavor profile of the sausage could throw you off as Italian sausage has many flavors not normally found in a meatloaf.  The gravy and mushrooms were a solid addition and overall I really enjoyed it.  If you want a hearty meat loaf meal and a couple of great beers, this is the place.  My server, Emily, was great.  Prompt, friendly and an overall good personality.

I cannot tell you how many times I and the Mr (and compadres) have given up on this place and not stopped for no-room-on-the-patio or left because of no-room-at-th- bar.
At this point I have made it in to sit only about 5% of the times I have tried (that's probably once every season) and only because it was an "off" day or night (ie a Monday eve, etc).

All of that said, the bartenders ALWAYS prove themselves knowledgeable about the beer they are serving, know how to whip up a good cocktail and are great w/ the conversation.
The beers are a respectable & thoughtful variety.
I would like to see their Malty classifications expand beyond 80% porters/stouts...there are plenty of chewy, biscuity malts out there to choose from which are not these 2 varieties. Perhaps they have had a wider variety and I am seeing only a snapshot...because...I cannot get in!

If I could comfortably make it in more often to the areas that I would like to patronize without tripping over someone or having their elbows in my ribs, I'd be haunting all the time.

I don't know about the food. Sorry.

First off, this place is easy and generic. Tonight the table next to us had been over served and one of the guys at that table could not walk properly and was very loud and crass. When our food came, it came all at once after we had asked to have our salads first. The food runner asked us if we needed anything else, yet forgot to bring what we asked for. The food was good. But the service needs improvement. Glad to see that the hand stamp is gone.

Really busy, but only because it is in the trendy LOHI area. The menu is incredibly limited. The staff is really nice though and able to handle the large demand of customers. I was not overly impressed by the food.

I had the "lobster" Mac and cheese...... I've seen more lobster at Long John Silvers. If lobster is the first word in a dish. I should be able to at least see the lobster!

My neighborhood version of Cheers, but instead of being a subterranean drinkery, the Ale House has got some of the best city views and Colorado beer selections around town, with a great rooftop deck and some huge windows looking east, down from LoHi, directly onto the LoDo skyline.

Walked on over through the bitter cold last night and found the place hoppin'. Excellent atmosphere and kindly serving staff. Had a couple of pints of some of Colorado's finest brews and some ok but not great bar food. (The servers will all recommend the meatloaf. But do yourself a favor, and steer clear: more like a huge serving of baked pate loaf. Rather, try one of their salads for the lighter fare, or their chicken or mac 'n cheese for their down-homier offerings. Your stomach will thank you in the morning. And speaking of which, stay away from their over-sugared-out, over-gooey desserts.:-)

Great beer and great food!  Go here for lunches during the work day and drinks with friends at night.

The pita salad with lamb is amazing! It's the only thing I've ever ordered that but truly delicious.

Summertime is great here - awesome rooftop bar overlooking the city.  Although it is a big rooftop, it fills up quickly so get there early!

Like the food and the beer, but we arrived on a Saturday night during the holidays and half the dining room was empty. There were 6 of us, and 2 of us arrived first. We were informed that they would only seat us once half of our party arrived, so we waited in the cold. I would understand if the place was packed, but with half the dining room full at best, it ticked me off. Maybe others will put up with the cold shoulder "policy" but there are plenty of places to eat. We'll go elsewhere next time.

We have been wanting to try this place for over a year, yeah, it took a while. The manager, Ron, was the manager at the old (but wonderful) Handle Bar and Grill on 6th and Downing, left there to open Amato's, When he left there, the place went down hill. It's now called the Handle Bar Tavern. Alas, I digress, so let's get back to wonderful Amato's, shall we?

Interior - wonderful warm colors: browns, tans, maroons, and black ceiling with the exposed pipes that are above finished wooden rafters.  The booths  are very, very comfortable! I was a bit surprised, as most booths are not that comfortable, and they easily seat 4 people. If I remember correctly, as we were there the day before Christmas, there were 8 of them. Tables seat 4. The dining room was long, and with (approximately) 16 tables, with 1/2 of them seating 4, and the other half seating 2, well, you do the math. The dining area filled up rather quickly while we were there for lunch, yet it was not noisy!  Awesome!

The bar area was very big, and packed to capacity. There were tvs on which you can watch your favorite game, while enjoying the wonderful food and beverages served by friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Service - very good! No pauses, or slow service, no one in your face either. When you walk in, the front receptionist desk is there, but it sits back, so you don't have to stand right there in the entry way. Nice thought, thank you, especially in the wintertime.

Beverages - wonderful and huge selection of beer! I think that says it all!

Food - AWESOME!!!! We had the wonderful chicken pot pie. We will be back (probably over the new year weekend), and try the meatloaf. We each had our own pot pie, which was small, not too large, and excellent! They serve it differently, but I don't want to give it away. Not too much pastry, and I'll leave it at that.

Prices - not too expensive, It cost us around $40 or so dollars, so, not bad this included two beers.

Parking - alas, on the street, but it is free!

Wonderful! Wonderful! Amato's is going to be our go-to for a nice lunch or dinner, on the weekends. We will be taking both sets of parents there too! I'm sure they will love it!  I'm not sure if they are open for breakfast, but I'll check on that. Thanks Amato's!

I'd give them 4 stars for the nice beer selection, 3 for the food. The restaurant itself feels like a big national chain, however the wide assortment of local brews made me think otherwise. I was with a small group and we ordered a nice variety of food, I really enjoyed the lamb burger and the hot, fresh donuts for dessert. The menu was pretty typical pub food with a couple stand-out dishes. It's definitely a place to go to for the beer though. I'd love to go back again in the summer and sit on the roof, it's a great view!

It wasn't a bad spot for a impromptu dinner in the mood for burgers. Nice menu and decent selections. The strength to me was the staff and the speed of when we were served. The environs were nice, the views are classic and overall, it was well-priced and worked well.

Come for the views and beers, stay for the Veggie Burger. Or so it goes.

I visited this place with my meat loving coworkers not expecting anything more than a good view and some good brews. I didn't expect their menu to contain anything that I could eat when I read the description of the Veggie Burger, I knew beer wasn't gonna be the only nutrient in my belly that night.

It is one of the better burgers I've had. You can really taste the spiciness from the jalapenos. I appreciate, that they offer a house made patty rather than just slapping a frozen Gardenburger in the microwave. I'm sure if they pay this much attention to their 1% customer's needs, that everything else here is pretty good too.

The service was on the ball despite it being abnormally busy for a Wednesday night. While we weren't seated right away, we were given the option to go upstairs to their partially outside area and see if we could find somewhere to sit. No dice there but at least they gave us the option. Once we were seated, our waiter was on top of orders, beer refills, and even brought me out a sample of a different stout after I ordered one that he said wasn't as good. And he was actually right.

It's a pretty happening area if you just want to people watch. With beers on tap and other more libatious drinks available, one could easily make a night of it here.

2012 Review #295: (For once in the last 3 months, I am not reviewing somewhere I went on the same day/longer than 9 months ago).

I've been here twice: once when they first, first opened, and once within the last few weeks. Ironically, the service was better when they were brand new, probably because they were trying to impress, but when a place is first open is when I will be more forgiving about service. The best thing going for this place is the beer selection and the upstairs patio. On the downside, beers are pricey, and good luck getting onto that patio. It's really hard to tell if the patio is seated like the rest of the restaurant, or if it's free seating like the bar? I've been up there twice and still am not sure.

Last time we visited we finally were put on the wait list (which is weird at 10:00 PM anyway) and waited longer than we were told. Then we were given a table in the restaurant, even though we said we weren't eating, and then the waitress seemed disappointed that we weren't eating. I do like, though, that this restaurant is owned by a brewery but serves many, many other beers. The only better selection I can think of is at Falling Rock (OMG another place I actually haven't reviewed this year!), but it's nice that this place doesn't serve only Breckenridge Brews, especially since I don't like them very much. I haven't ordered much food here but I tried some wings and they were OK, but I'd rather go to a better restaurant that serves beer, than to what is basically a bar that serves OK food.

Great beer selection, knowledgeable server, and moderately priced flights. This place is not a brewery, but acted like one. We have only been once, but as a craft brewer, you can tell who knows what they are talking about. Maybe we got lucky, but our server was good.

We did not have any food, just beer. We plan to come back!

Sweet place, great beers, service and food!

This joint was jumpin on Saturday night despite the first bit of snow! Helpful hint, they have valet! The people watching was great, oh so many Highland yuppies. But there were some families, mountain folk, and us goofballs there to mix it up. They had numerous tvs in the bar area so we could watch the game while sippin on tasty brews waiting for our table. It took a good hour at 7PM to get a table for two, but it was super worth it!

We had the calamari (super amazing) and a variety of beers as well as some tasty entrees. The service was awesome! They must've stepped up their game because in contrast to other reviews the doormen and servers were super cool and there were numerous other employees who were as nice as could be.

I will most definitely be returning to this great place!

Finally made it out to the Ale House after forgetting to use it as the answer to the question "any places downtown with good beer you haven't been yet?"

I had a couple pints at the bar, and marveled at a really great beer selection. Lots of beers. Lots of local. The tender was friendly, and they are part of the AHA discount program. So if you are a member of the American Homebrew Association, and you bring in your AHA card, you'll get 10% off all pints.

After closing my tab there I joined some friends in the downstairs dining room. It has a nice view out to downtown, is well laid out, and generally a good area. I didn't look at the menu very much, but feels very gastropub, ale-house chic, if you will. But the reason I didn't look at the menu much was because I was immediately drawn to the PB&J burger. I ordered it medium well, and it came out well-cooked and perfectly seasoned. The dollop of peanut butter and the generous helping of thick sliced bacon crumbles didn't hurt. I was sort of disappointed with the fries, not because they were bad but because they were so average. Just...normal fries. I kind of expected more what with the awesomeness of the burger.

The service in the dining room was great. The server was quick (until we wanted the check, unfortunately) but he was also hilarious and generally exactly what you want a server to be. I wish I could remember his name. I kind of want to be friends with him.

Ale House also has a great upstairs patio with great views of downtown. Sweet space, cool folks, great beer, tasty vittles. Can't really ask for much more.

Went here for brunch after reading Kate G's review of the place. Boy, I was not disappointed. Everyone said to get there right at 10 when they opened, so we did, and scored a swank spot on the rooftop patio. Damn, them's some killer views.

However, I would say that I don't think you need to be too neurotic about getting there right at 10, since the place didn't really get hopping until around 11 and even then, I couldn't tell you how busy it got because I was about 6-7 deep into my bottomless mimosas.

These mimosas weren't in delicate little champagne glasses. No, they were in large red wine glasses. In other words, it was a me-sized serving. And I had about 9 of them, making my $12 bottomless mimosa charge totally worth it.

I had the chicken apple sausage omelette and my dining companions had the lobster and shrimp and grits, and crab and corn cakes. We all traded bites and had little mouthgasms all over the place.

I don't even think the prices here are high to begin with, so I feel like we totally got our money's worth of food and drink and thensome.

That little 4 hour nap I had to take after getting home was kind of a waste of my day though.

The waitstaff was very friendly and completely understanding when we were less than the best communicators while watching the Broncos game.  Friends I was with told me that one of the bar tenders is their favorite in town and recommends great drinks to go with food.
The beer selection is great-- definitely something for everyone.  The food was also very very good-- as usual. Didn't make it to their upstairs patio this last trip-- it's one of the best though.

I flippin' love Ale House. I'm relatively new to Denver and have already gone here a couple times and brought out of town company. I have to admit that the review might be slightly skewed because both times I had a burger, but in my opinion, this is a burger and beer type of place.

I tried a Southwest burger on my first visit; this is something I could probably eat every day of my life. Pepperjack cheese, roasted peppers and avocado. Fries were great and the beer list was fantastic. The bartender was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and bumped up my girlfriend's dad's beer to a pint from a 10 oz. snifter after he showed he knew his stuff when it came to microbrews (sadly, I don't have the experience and don't remember what he ordered).

Others ordered fish and chips and lobster mac 'n' cheese; everybody raved about the food and the atmosphere was great. Very nice patio and views of downtown. I saw a couple reviews saying it seemed stuffy or "hipster," but I had great interactions with the wait staff and thought the servers and bartender were very nice (if slightly inattentive).

Great view and pleasing sapace to be sure, but I found the staff and clientele to be stuffy, hipster hot shot attitudes to be odious to the point of making this joint uncomfortable. I had  a burger and a beer, all good but a bit pricey.

Denver and Highlands  has a lot better choices.

If it's warm evening out, you have to sit on the patio. It's a great view of the skyline and really nice up there. The staff was great with their recommendations and service.

You have to try the Lamb Burger. It was moist, yummy and well done! Tried a few beers and really couldn't go wrong with any choices we made.  My friend had the meatloaf that looked like home cooking.

    Street parking available.

Easily accessible restaurant boasting 2 nice outdoor seating areas including 1 rooftop patio overlooking downtown Denver.  The patio seating along with the beer (we tried the Tropic King - Tank 7 - Ellie's Brown and another ale, can't remember the name) were our favorites and the fact that this place serves decent food really helps round out the 4 star rating.

My husband and I visited the Ale House twice during our recent visit to Denver.  Obviously the first visit was good enough to bring us back.  On our first trip we enjoyed the chicken wings and flatbread appetizers, both uniquely flavored (peach habanero on the wings and duck confit on the flatbread).  The flatbread wasn't my favorite, but the rest of the table enjoyed it.  I also ordered the Blat salad - delightfully fresh with a mix of flavors that complimented each other well.

On our second trip my husband ordered the beer battered fish and chips that was served with a refreshing, light, homemade tartar sauce.  I had the roasted chicken salad (traditional chicken salad atop field greens with tomatoes, carrots, and almonds) with a balsamic dressing.  I also ordered the beer and cheddar cheese soup - strikingly bold with a spicy side topped with chili popcorn.  If you like food with lots of flavor this soup is for you!

Beer battered fried brownie for dessert...enough said.

Love the view! I think this place is pretty good. I have been twice - eaten here once. I had the Tuscan chicken and while it was slightly heavy on the spinach (and by heavy, I mean there was approximately a pound of it) it was good. My brother had the PB&J burger and couldn't finish it  - he couldn't swallow the peanut butter. I have NEVER seen my brother not finish a meal, so that was disappointing. We also had the salmon special and another dish as well as appetizers - the edamame hummus got a "blah" rating at the table but I enjoyed it. The artichoke dip had HUGE artichoke chunks in it which I did not care for but enjoy the dip around them.

Great beer and wine selection and great patio and rooftop. A great place to go with out of town guests if anything to just have some local beers and enjoy the view of downtown. The rooftop is first-come-first-served which sucks but you can wait for a table on the patio and we enjoyed the view just as much.

Honestly, I go for the views and laid back style of the place. Would recommend.

One of the best patios in Denver, hands down.  That's no longer a secret so don't complain when you need to get there early for a good outdoor seat.  There is nothing surprising about Amato's but frankly, I don't always need surprising- sometimes you just want dependable, good and clean- that it is.

Breckenridge beer on tap. I really liked the huckleberry lemonade this weekend and could always go for a Moscow mule but go ahead and skip the St. Germain Remains unless you really really love St. Germain.

The calamari was just an "eh", I wasn't offended by it but didn't want to finish it and won't order it again.  The Tuscan chicken, on the other hand, was huge (good thing we split it) and really good.  That I would go back for.

Amato's is big so if you don't mind sitting inside you can usually get a seat, but it gets crowded so if you're in a hurry maybe not your place.  Parking is bad and only getting worse with more and more places opening up over there but its a short walk from the platte area so consider a nice walk.

The rooftop provides an excellent view of the Highlands and downtown Denver.  The ONLY drawback to the rooftop seating is that it's completely open seating, so you basically have to stalk the other tables so that you can snag it up as soon as the other customers are finished.  But since I don't mind stalking (some call it stalking, I call it love, ha) I am open to watching people finish their meal like a hawk.  :)

They have pletny of great beer on tap (Breckenridge) and the food is so great.  They even have an amazing spread for brunch on the weekend for those of you who are into breakfast.

I went back for a few brews and to eat after the Rockies game. The service didn't just suck, it was completely non existent. We sat at a table and waited 10 min while staff members walked by our table. Finally, I went to the bar to order and once we finished that round, our empty glasses sat at our table as staff members continued to walk past our table. I asked a server, "Is there something we did to make you not want to come to our table?". She replied, "I'm not working that section, do you need a server?" I was like, wow. Maybe it's just me, but when two people sit at a table and we have empty beer glasses, doesn't that imply that a server would be desired? Then, she said, well if you order something at the bar, a server will not come to your table. That to me, sounds like a stupid policy if it's even true.

    I will not go back.

Decided to check this place out. I had no idea what the heck it was as I saw the Breckenridge Brewery symbol and thought this was just another spot for them. I was shocked to see it was something different.

I stopped in at happy hour on Monday and liked seeing the $1 off Breckenridge and Wynkoop beers. But they have a huge amount of other great beers too.

The happy hour food was really priced well. The selection was a little random so we ordered the Peanut butter jalapeno poppers and man they were hot! Spicy is what we were looking for and man these were spicy! The rest of the menu looked great and I will be back to try more.

What really topped it off was the service. The bar staff was very friendly and we always had anything we needed. Plus they were really friendly to us when we asked questions. Another great touch to a great stop.

Me, my girlfriend, and another friend made it to the Ale House at Amato's last Saturday evening for dinner and some beers.  One look at the ale menu and I knew I would be able to find something hoppy to enjoy.  I was a little surprised that they didn't have more in the line of pale ales but otherwise it seemed like they had a good selection.

The wheels came off our dinner plans when we started with an order of calamari fritti.  It came with pepperoncini peppers which added a layer of flavor.  Unfortunately after we each took a bite or two my GF found a big, nasty hair entangled in the dish.  We showed our waiter, who BTW was a good server, and he seemed very embarrassed.  He whisked the dish away and apologized.  When he came back he said he had yelled at the kitchen and he asked if we wanted anything instead.  We thought the antipasto platter would be good because it didn't require cooking.   It was OK but we didn't feel like chancing anything else from the kitchen so we took off.

I have to say that I wasn't thrilled with the way the hair incident was handled.  IMO a manager should have stopped by the table to apologize, and not have left it up to the waiter to deal with.  Yes, they did comp the hairy calamari.   I wasn't looking for anything special but another app or a round on the house would seem to have been in order.  If nothing else, at least a quick stop by a manager to smooth things over.  Obsessed with quality?  Not so much.

It seems that this is a destination more for beer than for food. We stayed and had a few absolutely delicious pints of local CO brew and loved every sip. We also ordered some food (wings) which were sustinence but nothing to write home about.

I am a fan because of the ludicrous amount of taps and pleasant atmosphere. The food is not bad but if you are hungry try Mona's or Rootdown for better food.

I just returned from another trip to Denver and had another visit to Amato's.  I have to agree with some of the other reviews of this place.  Beer selection is great as is the view.  Service is deplorable and inconsistent and food is just average.  What probably adds to the average review of the food is the poor service.

Here is a rundown of my last experience at Amato's.  Four diners, four brunches, I ordered first - Wild Boar Green Chili and a side of chicken sausage.  3 orders arrived, not mine.  Odd, as in what was the first thing the waiter wrote down?  Next up, a fellow diner asks for some additional butter for their pancakes.  What they must have received was their bread butter for it had garlic in it.  Waiter seemed apologetic, but anyone can apologize and not really mean it.  My meal finally arrived after my fellow diners were finished.

Question, did the Wild Boar take off at one point during brunch, because I was hard pressed to see any in my chili.

So the waiter says he'll take the Green Chili (late meal) and (garlic) Pancakes off the bill.  He takes the (garlic) Pancakes off and another diner's Crab and Corn Cakes off the bill.

So you see, it is an institutional problem that can only be pointed back towards bad management.  Your team is only as good as your manager and this place is so inconsistent, that only the adventurous should dine there with any regularity.  Do yourself a favor, belly up to the bar and skip the food.  Cutting out as many "middle men" as possible is your only hope of having a decent time.

I was super excited to check out Amato's since it's host to one of my favorite breweries. It was great to get Breckenridge Vanilla Porter on tap in Colorado, that alone made it worth a stop.

    Two things.

The food is pretty decent pub food. Don't expect anything unusual or mind blowing but you won't be disappointed. The fish and chips was tasty. Make sure to get some of the honey mustard dressing, for anything! It's pretty decent.

The service was okay and the bar atmosphere was LOUD.

So, why 3 stars? We had to evacuate the bar when some jerk set off pepper spray. Yea, you read that right, pepper spray. A one time occurrence and they did make me a new drink but still! Come on Denver... you can do better then that.

I was pretty surprised with this place.  Pleasantly surprised.  Based on the reviews from Yelp, I was expected some pretty bad food and service, but after three times, I've been pretty happy!

    Atmosphere:
I think I've been swept away by the glorious, massive rooftop and patio that overlooks downtown Denver.  I can't wait to spend some more weekend mornings and warm nights hanging out there.  I will say, though, it gets super crowded, completely based on the weather.  If it's cloudy, slightly chilly, or the weather plain sucks, you'll have plenty of space.  But as soon as the clouds break or the heat rises, expect each table to be occupied and to find yourself in very close quarters with large groups of preppy guys dressed like they came out of their internship in DC on a Friday afternoon or girls dressed in their Denver-best (Frye boots with either skinny jeans, a bohemian top, or structured sun dress).  If you're wondering where all of the good looking people in Denver are hiding out, they come in droves here.

    Food:
Fine, I'll say it.  I haven't been blown away by the food (yet).  For brunch, I ordered a blue crab polenta cake with eggs, bacon, and peasant potatoes on the side ($12).  It was pretty good (maybe 3.5-4 stars), but next time, I have my eyes set on the Vanilla Porter French Toast with Stranahan's whiskey butter.  We went for brunch and had some mimosas ($4 filled up one wine glass and I didn't love the taste of it, maybe 3 stars for quality), but next time I'll have to try the beermosa with Breckenridge Agave Wheat and OJ for $3.

On other occasions, I've had a Thunder Stout Chocolate Cake with Bailey's Cream ($3) which was HOLY-SMOKES-AMAZING-SO-CHEAP and a super meaty Reuben.  Next time, I'm coming for the Lobster Macaroni and Cheese (insanely cheap at a mere $13) and getting my Thunder Stout cake again.

    Drinks:
Their Happy Hour, though lasting until 7pm, is kind of a joke.  Only $1 all Breckenridge (PRODUCT PLACEMENT...guess who owns this joint?!) and Wynkoop beers.  Oh well, $1 off is better than none at all.  The other beers are a bit more expensive, ranging from $5 - 7 for a pint.  If prices were $1 or 2 cheaper for all of the beers, I'd be a happier camper.

Overall, a fun (albeit crowded) bar and restaurant to visit when Denver experiences one of its 300 sunny days.

Ale house is slowly becoming one of my top picks to bring out of town guests.  Why you ask?  Let me count the ways:

    1.  Killer Colorado beer selection... 'Nuff said.
    2.  Awesome rooftop patio, with a great downtown view.
    3.  Big fire pits for those chilly CO evenings.
    4.  Colorado lamb burger w/ goat cheese, tzatziki, and cucumbers.
    5.  Ale-steamed smoked elk sausage appetizer plate.

Do I need to go on?  Didn't think so.  Give it a try, and you PLUS your guests will thank me later.
