I just got back from lunch at the Biltmore and was quite disappointed with the food. we ordered fried pickles that turned out to be a mix of fried pickles  and fried peppers. There was nothing on the menu that said anything about fried peppers which none of us liked. Then I got the Fried Green Tomato salad listed under salads on the lunch menu. I was surprised when it arrived as there were only TWO slices of tomato on the plate (one red tomato slice and one fried green tomato slice). The salad was $10 which makes these 2 tomato slices the most expensive I have ever seen. I had to go and get actual lunch after my "lunch" as that salad was barely an appetizer. The 2 stars are for good service and the other food that looked good. Just don't order that Fried Green Tomato salad if you are looking for a meal.
Review Source:Great service for our fairly larger table. Â I got a turkey burger with cheese added, with choice of side (mixed greens salad...which was slightly lacking a bit on the dressing...wish I got the tomato basil soup or fries instead)...it was missing the cheese in the first try, but came back with a great blanket of meaty cheddar. Â Also not so great was the imitation soda...get iced tea instead. Â Nice casual pub vibe and fairly spacious with a good amount of parking available. Â I was there for lunch with colleagues so I didn't get to try the drinks, but it looked like a place that would know their beer and cocktails.
