This place gets pretty crazy at night so I try to avoid it then as I prefer more low key outings. Â But if you go mid-day/early afternoon on a weekend day its perfect (this is probably true of mid day/early afternoon on weekdays too but I have yet to try it then). The sandwiches are delicious on this awesome chewy bread with fresh tasting ingredients . Â The sandwiches are also LARGE. So either come hungry, willing to share with a friend, or expect some left overs for late night sandwich withdrawal cravings.
I was a little disappointed in the cucumber quinoa salad due to a lack of quinoa but that's okay because the potato salad made up for that in spades. Â It's made with red potatoes and some sort of excellent stone mustard based dressing. Â
The drinks are well made and between 3-8 there is happy hour pricing everyday. They also have a pretty decent beer selection! Â
I have yet to try their charcuterie plate but it is high on my list of things to get soon as it sounds like it is a pretty stellar mix of delicious fun cheeses (and I think meats too?).
Great selection of craft beers...and really like the "add a shot for $5" deal. Â I just wish there was a description, or at least alcohol content guide for the beers. Â It's hard to choose based on a name alone. Â As a huge fan of Duvel, I asked the bartender for a similar brew. Â Got something that tasted like Blue Moon... Not quite Duvel, but thanks for trying! Â
That's all.
