Not a fan of Clyde's. The food is average at best, and the service was awful. It took our waitress three times to get one of the orders right (vegetarian with a dairy allergy) and she gave us attitude each time we told her it wasn't right. We weren't being picky about meat temperature or anything - she literally could not eat what was put in front of her. Twice. The only thing this place has going for them is location - it's great to sit outside during the summer concerts, but that's about it. Drinks are pricier than at other places in Reston Town Center. If you're looking for a good meal with quality food and service, head to Paolo's Italian Ristorante across the way.
Review Source:Very disappointing. Mediocre service, poor atmosphere and mediocre food. Ordered the veggie burger which comes with an "ancho mayo". When I inquired what this was they informed me it was an anchovy mayo. This was not adequately explained in their menu and had I not asked I would have received a non vegetarian veggie burger. This is unacceptable for an item most would assume to be compliant to a vegetarian diet. Won't be going back here.
Review Source:Great atmosphere and really good food.
Diverse menu but not too much to distract from the great flavors.
We started with the cheese platter, which had a great variety of cheeses and breads.
We tried the lump crab cakes and the scallops - both were off the charts delicious!
Their wine list is extensive and well developed.
We finished with a hot fudge sundae - they really cover all the bases.
Our sweet server took very good care of us.
I truly enjoyed the entire experience.
