Food was OK, service could have been better. Prices were reasonable though, and the beer specials were very affordable, that got them an extra star, otherwise its a 2 star place.

Food is decent.  I got a steak taco and a tamale.  The steak taco was pretty good, but I've had better (although, I've also had worse!).  I would rate it better than average. The tamal was the right flavor, but a little off on the texture.

The atmosphere was okay.  It was very clean, dim...  There wasn't much decor.  The Beatles were playing the entire time we were there.  Not really Mexican, but what the heck.

Price-wise, definitely affordable.  

Overall, I really have no complaints. I also wasn't wow-ed.
However, I'd go back if I were in the area.

I have been eating here since the 90's (I was a kid) when it was an old house with a Mexican restaurant inside.  I loved the enchiladas and the tacos, etc.  I went back for the first time since 2007 this past Monday and I forgot how AWESOME the food is.  Glad to be back and I suggest you give them a try especially with all the terrific weekday specials they offer.
