I just takes too long to cook the ingredients and make the crepe. They were out of several items. They had two people working there who didn't seem very efficient and declined to answer a phone call just because they were busy making four meals. And the four of us customers came in staggered so it wasn't even a rush.

The food tasted fine but we took our meals to go and they had to hand us our crepes in a sno-cone cone in a bag (why not lay them flat in a box so I don't have to carry it) and put our salads in a bag too small for them to lay flat. By the time we got them home the crepes were luke warm.

But if you still want to try it keep your eyes open, this place has a small store front.

Crepes are usually made with Buckwheat flour, or a mixture of all-purpose flour and buckwheat. Buckwheat flour is far better for you, often less processed and naturally guten-free. I think this business is making a big mistake and could have a much larger customer base if they would switch to buckwheat flour

I suffer from the 'only order one thing off the menu' syndrome. This isn't a chronic disease, but it does rear its ugly head when I find a meal at a restaurant that I absolutely love and crave. Each time I visit It's Just Crepes the syndrome is back in full force.

So what crepe could cause me to go against my adventurous, try-something-new personality, you ask? Simply the best crepe I've ever had: the Out of the Blue crepe. If you are not a stinky cheese fan, stay away! But for those that don't shy away from the delicious blue ribbon through the creamy goodness, this crepe is for you! The blue cheese is perfectly paired with diced chicken, tomatoes and a balsamic vinaigrette. This is definitely a two-handed crepe, which means I have a problem savoring it because I never put it down! Be forewarned: this crepe is not car-friendly! (Unfortunately I learned that the hard way... lots of dripping goodness!)

For the non-blue cheese loving folk, they have a wide variety of both sweet and savory crepes - even the pickiest eater is bound to find something delicious.

Unfortunately the restaurant part is pretty small, with tables that comfortably seat only two. But don't worry - squeezing 4 at a table is definitely doable as long as you like each other! If you have a larger party I highly suggest grabbing some crepes and taking them outdoors to have a picnic in a nearby park or eat at an outdoor table (weather permitting).
