Hooters

This is the best Hooters I've ever been to - period.

Decent food, very good service, and great drink/beer selection, but that's all fairly standard for a Hooters.

The service here was fantastic, and the views of the river are quite nice as well.  Huge patio, huge indoor seating area, all around a good experience.

As a female, I don't really enjoy going to Hooters. The food isn't all that great, and half naked, rude waitresses are not my cup-of-tea. The view of the Ohio River at the Newport location is pretty awesome, though. Definitely recommend it during fireworks of any type.
