Nice bar for a late drink in Harvard Square.
Staff seems to have some snobby Newbury Street attitude, which seems out of place in Cambridge. Nevertheless, service was attentive and efficient. They even insisted on replacing the drink that I knocked over.
My verdict: I'd go back, but I wouldn't get out of my way to get there.

Noir is part of the Charles Hotel and it's a nice little spot for drinks. Its great for big groups and small parties. Prices are reasonable. The only thing that stuck out at me is that the bathroom is three floors up.
