This place is a top notch spot to get an EXCELLENT drink. Sure, they might seem a little expensive, but you truly get what you pay for. Try the P/C Southside, absolutely delicious. The bartender is also entertaining to watch - she has got some serious skills, and is friendly to boot!
Place was reasonably crowded on a Saturday night, but I would go back. Lighting is dark, and the music is contemporary and fits the vibe.
Every time I have visited Boston, I have stayed at the Lenox. Â This is the "up-class" bar in the hotel. Â The first time I visited, it was busy some nights. Â Now it seems to be busy every night. Â The prices reflect the ambiance - meaning high. Â However, the selection of "top shelf" Â alcohol is excellent. Â During most of my visits, the waitstaff has been excellent. Â During one trip, I mentioned to my waitress that the next day was my birthday. Â When I sat down the next night, a complimentary birthday drink "appeared" in front of me. Â The reason I did not give 5 stars was that on one occasion, the service was lower than all other times.
