Only one visit so just a first impression. Main reason for three stars instead of two is location. I think I would have loved this place in my early 20's/college days. Â It's a good location on Boylston and close to Fenway. Â It's very big with both up and downstairs area. Â We were lucky to get a high-top table in the front window which, on a warm evening with the windows open, was great. Â Bummer was that municipality makes them close those windows after 11pm.
We were there after the Jason Aldean concert so it got packed but I must say, for how buys it was, our waitress was awesome and we never really waited to get drinks.
Probably my biggest gripe was the music. Â From what I could tell, they only had a juke box which rotated between the cliche Irish pub music of Dropkick Murphy's (which I like but enough with it in Irish Pubs!) and other heavier rock. Â If they could have even just played a decent Pandora station or something, it would have been a better vibe...maybe I'm just getting old :)

Searched up and down Boylston on a Thursday night for a good, crowded place to grab a drink with friends. Finally, I walked past McGreevy's, which looked bumping so I went inside. Great people, good staff, and an all-around good time. I would definitely recommend it for a fun Thursday night out.
