Went here before and realized they closed their doors about 30 plus minutes before they actually closed. So this time around we ordered online and picked it up.  The black bean burger is a new veggie option. I got it with the jalapeno sauce with their spicy and sweet rub.  It was really tasty. I also really like their salt and vinegar fries and fried pickles too. Overall, not a bad late night option or at least if you are going with your meat eating friends, you now have a good veggie option.

We have been at Bww's in so many different states that we got used to expecting the best, especially after the one in Hawaii. But, this one lacks service. We waited 30 minutes before our waiter greeted us and got us water. We go there so often, now i know where his area is. We try to avoid it at all costs, except if it is the last table available. Not going to mention any names here but they need to work on their service.

I come here when I crave wings... that's pretty much it.  Service could be better - it's hit or miss.

This place have definitely gone down hill over the past few years. Its kind of weird reviewing BWW since its such a huge chain so you just expect it to be like any of their  other locations but I go back and forth between this location and the sugarland one and I must say this one is just crap.

ANYWAY I religiously go to BWW at least once a month and all my experiences have been relatively been mediocre until last night (I usually don't care about the service much, just the food). I came in a of 4 and we ordered our usual: 30 pieces of wings (Asian Zing) and a basket of fries. It took a while for our order to come in for the amount of customers that were actually there. I counted probably only 8 non vacant tables... so I think its absurd we had to wait 30 minutes for our food to come out. As soon as our waitress set our food down I noticed our basket of fries looked like someone already ate 20% of it and 10% of it looks burnt! NOT COOL I love my fries. So I expressed my concern and the waitress rolled her eyes at me and said "that's what they gave me, I can't do anything about it." I'm not one to start an argument so I just let it go. We dug into our meal and it was quite delicious (despite the burnt fries). In the middle of our meal our waitress gave us the bill... I used to work in the restaurant industry so i know that's totally against serving etiquette. We weren't finished with our meal so none of us even bothered looking at the bill, 5 minutes late she came back asking if we finished eating... HELLO do you not see that we're still eating?! I felt like I was getting rushed out of the restaurant!

All in all, come for the wings, but don't expect great service.

I feel a bit sillly writing a review for Buffalo Wild Wings - I feel like everyone has already had their food. That said, I'll talk a bit about the food and more about this specific location.

This location was recently remodeled and there are TV's everywhere you look. Really great if you want to get out during lunch and catch a bit of Sports Center or a mid-day soccer match. The lunch crowd keeps this place busy but there always seem to be a couple of tables open - or if you're like me, you can sit at the bar.

Speaking of sitting at the bar, it's really the only place I've gotten good service. That's due to being about 3 feet away from my server at all times. Refills are frequent, and the server is quick to take and deliver your order. If you're not sitting in the bar, I've found the service to be very nonchalant. Servers both male and female give off the impression that they're being bothered by having to stop by your table, and if you want another drink, be prepared to hold your hand up like you're in an Asian restaurant.

Speaking of Asian, their Asian Zing wing sauce is deeeelicious. That, the Spicy Garlic, and Caribbean Jerk are really delicious. Also - on a low carb diet? Traditional wings with Spicy Garlic have next to no carbs. Not sure I could have been happier when I found that out. Stay away from boneless though, as they're breaded and will kill your diet.

Sitting in the bar? 4 stars. Anywhere else, 3 stars. I'll return, especially on $.60 Wing Tuesday.

Love Tuesday nights here..... If we get a good server.  Today satisfied our cravings for boneless wings. BUT the server Karl's attitude was horrendous.  Seemed a little discriminatory but we tipped him well despite that.

Highly recommend this place. But make sure you get a good/decent server.

Wings are good but service is horrible at this location.  The workers are rude and very unprofessional.  I use to frequent Buffalo Wild Wings on a regular basis, now not so much only when I'm craving the Mango Habernero wings.

I'm going to warn you right now, do not come here on Tuesdays. You know what that means? Slow and bad service.

Actually, everytime I come here, I have bad service. BW3 does not know how to handle large groups. I like how they have an upper floor for large parties, but besides from that, that's it. The waitress we had last time was so rude. She thought that just because we're teenagers and that she was going to get gratuity from us that she could treat us the way she did. I understand a server's frustration when large groups, especially young ones, are loud and not attentive when the food is called out, but seriously? Calm down, ma'am. Do not need to use that tone and roll your eyes.

Second experience. This was a few days ago on a Tuesday. We get this guy. I ordered a veggie burger with pepper jack. He brings me out a meat burger with blue cheese. I took a small piece from the patty and nibbled on it. I told him this was meat and even fed a small piece to my boyfriend to confirm. He had the nerve to say, "Oh, it's supposed to taste like meat." Uhm, I've had my fair shares of bean burgers AND beef burgers to know that THAT was a BEEF burger. But instead he was just like, "Oh, it's just the cheese. I'll make you a new one" INSTEAD of apologizing. So when the burger that I actually ordered came out, I told him "THIS is a bean burger."  I guess he was afraid that he'd get in bigger trouble for a mix up in the cheese than the patty so he just went with that excuse. So the rest of the meal, this guy did not once ask us for more water, did not bring us silverware until we flagged him down, and checked to see if everything was okay. Terrible service... I would have expected him to take off something to compensate for his mistake, but no. He better have appreciated that I tipped him pretty well out a pity and didn't tell the manager.

The customer service at this place is awful! Steven the bartender is rude and lazy, he rolled his eyes when I asked for a beer. Steven the bartender has a really bad beard, which made me question if some of those hairs ended up in my beer. Overall, horrible experience.

Try the Caribbean Jerk and if you like spicy.. Go for the Mango Habanero!

They have a happy hour, but I don't find their drinks tasty. They're very basic (my opinion)!

This location on Tuesdays gets extremely hectic. I walked in to pick up my to-go order and after standing at the counter for TEN MINUTES, I was finally helped by someone. The people behind the counter, including a manger, was deep in discussion about non-work related activities and paid no attention to the line building behind me.

Love the food but this location's service is horrible. I'd rather visit the Rice Village or Sugarland location.

What the earthly h*ll is going on with B-dubs? This was our last resort for good wings, Missouri City closed, Sugar Land sucks and we opted to travel to West Chase to get our fix.

I asked for the flatbread, there was more 'empty' flat bread than bread with toppings, very little sauce and there's more meat on my pinkie than I got.  Mac and cheese?  Kraft.  It arrived cold and they microwaved it for me to heat it up when I sent it back.

Mac and cheese is seriously easy to make-fresh.  Geez!!

    Sooooooooooooooooo disappointed :(

I'll assume you know the kind of place BW3s is and most likely been there before.

I'm writing to mostly say I don't enjoy this place as much as the others. It's like how you prefer one mcdonald's to another. The food here is pretty consistent with the other BW3s.  Wedges here do seem to have an extra hint of that seasoning. Makes them more addictive.

As with most BW3s, this place is loud. Service at this one doesn't match the others. I know the Tuesdays 50 cent traditional wings is a big hit, but  I've noticed this when I come with my co-workers on other days too.

It's a chain so food is the same, but the service and atmosphere just isn't. Not sure if you can place blame anywhere on that one. Drink refills doe take longer if you get it.
It's not something that would keep me away, but when I'm in this area, I don't think of going to BW3s, I'd wait till I was back in the West Houston, Katy or Cypress area. The atmosphere and service there is more preferable.

I went there around 10pm on a Saturday. It was a group of 4. We went inside, stood around like idiots for like 10 minutes before we realized we can just seat ourselves. As we looked for a seat, a waiter, named "Sam" according to the back of his jersey, asked us to sit down in his section.

He made some jokes that I didn't really listen to, but it was kind of like "teasing" humor.

We looked at our menus, and he made some sarcastic joke about how he can't read our minds, implying that we need to order. It was obviously a joke, but his delivery was not very good, and also he did not give us more than a minute before ordering.

One guy in our group ordered a drink. He brought out all drinks except his. He was the only one who ordered alcohol (a beer). The waiter said that the bar staff is really slow (not cool). He clearly had no idea he forgot a drink, so it made no sense to give us an excuse.

He came back with the beer, and it was obviously sitting out there undelivered because it was missing it's head and warm.

When food came out, he forgot one of our orders. It turned out we didn't care, since we ordered enough food already, and realized maybe it wasn't necessary to eat that food as well.

But someone in our group asked the waiter, and then he said something like "I promise you I put the order in" and then he disappeared for a while.

He came back out and said the kitchen staff ran out of something so there was a delay, but he reassured us that he put it in.

THEN he did the stupidest thing ever: he told us that a manager will come out to speak to us. He told us this like twice. He said when the appetizer didn't go through he insisted that someone come out and speak to us.

WE NEVER complained or asked to see a manager. So now the rest of the meal everyone is kind of looking over our shoulder to see who this manager is, and what we have to talk to him about, etc. We didn't want anything. We thought maybe this is just one of those places that gives exceptional customer service and takes care of you even if you don't complain.

The manager never came, and I don't think there really was a manager walking around. Everyone there seemed to be a waiter or running food.

He had someone else deliver us the food that they missed. Maybe he was embarrassed.

We didn't get any more refills throughout the rest of the meal.

No one felt like complaining, and we just kind of laughed at the situation. We asked for our bill and separate checks.

He messed up the splitting of the bill (not a big deal) and we just took care of it.

He never mentioned anything about the mistake, the manager, etc.

This waiter was DEFINITELY working too many tables, but I have seen that before at buffalo wild wings. I don't go there expecting fast service and I don't care. I expect "3/5 star" food and "3/5 star" service... and if they deliver that consistently they deserve a 4 (3 would be logical.. but I appreciate consistency).

Every mistake he made was fine... and his comedy was annoying but not a big deal. He just annoyed me because he made at least 4 mistake, but always had a lie or story, and he blamed his bar-staff, and kitchen staff, and he said lame stuff like "I promise I'll put it in".

The worst thing he did was promise that the manager was coming out to see us.. even though NO one wanted to talk to a manager. As a matter of fact, we were all trying to figure out what to say... since we didn't want to complain.

The annoying thing is I think the waiter thinks he is good at dealing with annoyed customers.. and he thinks he dealt with us well. The thing is, we were never annoyed with him until he gave us all these customer service lie/speeches.

Again, I expect average service and average food, but that's fine since Buffalo Wild Wings is just a cool and comfortable place to go to. There is a need for such places.

If a manager came out and asked us if we wanted anything, we'd just say no thanks, leave a tip and leave.. and still probably come back again months later.

To me BWW is the best wings around. I have tried all the major wing places such as wing stop, wings n things, wings n more and nothing compares to the flavor of BWW. Service is excellent and like the sports bar atmosphere. I am a regular at this BWW.

Went around 11pm at night and sat in the bar. Courtney (i believe her name was) waited on us and brought our drinks out quickly... and that's when it all went downhill. Food came out - french fries were lukewarm and my tender basket was half burnt. I asked the bartender to ask for new tenders. In the mean time, our server was never informed and when I did let her know, she finally went to the kitchen to see what was going on. She took almost 2 minutes refilling our drinks (while chatting with the bartender) and didn't even refill both empty waters; just one. We got the new tenders about 10 minutes later and only received HALF of what was sent back. Immediately apologized and talked negatively about the kitchen to us! I asked for the bill and waited while she went to go find a manager to take off the food item (who never even made a table visit). I ended up receiving the remainder of the tenders as I got the bill, to which they were still burnt.

I used to come here ALL the time and never had this bad of service before! I work in the industry and have been in it for almost a decade; I understand mistakes are made and I hardly ever complain. But this was the absolute worst. Don't talk negatively about what's happening with the restaurant; guests do not want to know! Especially when we can clearly see you aren't the best server.

Glad I am moving out of the area and not having to deal with this location ever again.

This is the best BW3 that I've been to. Compared to the other locations, this one has the best service. Although the wait fir the wings can take a while, it's worth it. The potato wedges are a great side. Ever since the renovations, they added a lot more televisions and that's good. Before, you would have to sit facing the tv you wanted to watch. But now you can sit anywhere and see every channel.

Prior to the re-design of the interior I would have given this place 1 star. The TVs used to be awful, few, and in poor locations. Now there are plenty of large, bright TVs that are in great locations so that anyone at any table can catch the good games.

BWW's chicken wings are above average. I usually get the Honey BBQ or Parmesan Garlic, but there are literally double-digits of flavors from which to choose.

The service at this location is what knocks down my rating. It redefines slow. I would say I go here twice a month, and I only get speedy or adequate service from a waiter about 25% of the time. If the service would improve, I would not hesitate to improve my rating.

So its March Madness, we just knew that there were going to be pack so we left super early to beat the crowds of people (left at 11 a.m.) and of course to get seats. Came here to watch the March Madness because of their many television screens but their food is just okay.

As we arrived we were seated, the waiter took our orders and all we had to do is wait for our food. We waited and waited and waited and waited and basically our food didn't come out until 2 and half hours later. Our waiter was friendly but the cooks in the kitchen couldn't make our food quick enough. This is the reason why i'm giving this review a 3 stars due to cooks cooking our food.

I had ordered the boneless chicken with potato wedges. I just think the boneless chicken is too breaded but the potato wedges was good.

So, if you want to a place with tons of television around you and you need to watch March Madness--- do not come to this place because you could end up like us (leaving early but still waiting on our food 2 and half hours later).

They may have just remodeled the building but it's the same old lousy staff and slow service.

I was greeted at the door by someone cleaning tables.  She asked if I was for here or to go.  When I told her I was ordering to go, she just walked away.

It took a few minutes for anyone to come help me at the to go counter because the employees were all standing in the back gossiping.

When I was finally acknowledged, the server didn't seem to happy to help me.

If it wasn't for the fact that it's the closest BWW location to me, I wouldn't come here.  But after constantly below par service with every visit, I may have to rethink coming back at all.

Never a shortage of TV's here. They play every game imaginable, I even saw Cricket on one of their screens. Most importantly the wings, oh the wings! Perfectly fried and not overly done with a variety of sauces for you to choose to coat them with. My favorite are the spicy garlic and mango habenero flavors. The ribs and shrimp here are phenomenal. The ribs fall right off the bone and they have mix and match combo so you can get chicken and ribs or ribs and shrimp if you desire. This location does get very crowded for game days and they have food and drink specials throughout the week.

I loooooove BW3! The only con is.. the wait to get my wings!

They recently upgraded this location and it looks so fancy now! It looks like it's separated into 3 sections for people to sit in.. and you sit yourself. Weird. But overall, I loooovee!

    Try the Mango Habanero ;)

Yay! I'm a fan. Haha, whenever I'm in the mood for wings, I only go here. They upgraded the whole place, so it looks much more fancier. They have at least 4 flatscreens on every wall now. Literally. Every seat has a great view. :)

My favorite flavor is Carribean Jerk and and Asian Zing. So good. OH, and their potato wedges are. to. die. for. The wait could be quite long though. I went to a birthday party here once, and we waited for over 40 minutes. ): Good thing they have great customer service.

    I would definitely come back.

    ...Potato wedges.

Worse service ever - we did not complain about the cardboard and sauce (boneless wings), plastic naked tenders, missing kid drinks, sodas being unavailable (broken soda machine), long wait time between the kids and adults food (30-40 mins) but we do have a problem with the waiter calling us Motherf*ckers and F*cking Punks out loud in the restaurant because he did not get a tip.  The manager did not really want to hear us out but rather talk about the comment someone in the party wrote on their ticket, I paid cash and I don't ask friends what they are tipping and/or commenting on their ticket so don't disrepect me in front of the ENTIRE restaurant with LOUD, VULGAR OBSCENITIES.  T.I.P. = to insure performance and the performance failed ALL expectations - very insulting and disrespectful and Ed, the manager, yes...he's too busy to deal with complaints.

This BW3 has been a go-to place for me over the years, whether it's late night, birthdays, quick lunch, post-workout meal, or just a random hang out.

I love the atmosphere here. So many tvs and games going on. Everyone just having a good time talking to each other. All the servers are great from when you walk in to when you walk out. They're very friendly and they each have their own little conversational input into what you order too. If they mess up on something, they'll sincerely apologize to you and get it fixed right away, and they frequently check up on you to see if there's anything else you need. I can't recall a time where I've ever had bad service here. :)

The food here is awesome. I always get the Asian Zing wings and either fries or potato wedges paired with salt and vinegar seasoning! OMG that is so good. Get it! Their Honey BBQ, Salt and Vinegar, and Parmesan Garlic wings are great too! I wish they sold lemon pepper wings though. BW3 MAKE THEM PLEASE KTHNX!

I also love coming here in the winter because that's when they sell this certain dessert. It's like a hot cinnamon cake with vanilla ice cream and caramel on top. It's AMAZINGGGGGGG. Their chocolate fudge cake is good too. I'm not a chocolate fanatic, but if I'm craving dessert, I'll definitely grab one of those.

The wings are always great. My favorite is the Mango Habanero. Next would be the Parmesan Garlic! The wedges are addicting. :(

I love how they always have the game on, too!

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this locale is not so hot.  I came in for an early dinner alone so I sat at the bar.  The bartender was not very friendly.  She had an "I can't wait to get outta this friggin place" attitude.  I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich (my fave), which is supposed to come with swiss cheese, but was served with american cheese.  I didn't send it back, because we all know that's never a good idea.  Anyhow, I would never go back to this locale.

Me and a friend just went here a few nights ago, after driving in circles looking for a BWWs. I was craving wings and refused to go anywhere else (we passed by maybe 3 Wings n More lol). After giving up, we decided to just hit up a Chili's *sigh*. We stopped at a stoplight, heading towards a gas station when I realized we were at Westheimer and Crescent Dr.! Turned my head to the right, looked past all those sickly bushes... and BINGO!! BWW!!

As we got there a lil on the late side, there was no wait time. We sat ourselves and was quickly waited on. 12 wings Parmesan Garlic, 12 wings Medium, potato wedges, and 2 Primo Patron Margaritas later, I was a happy camper. My friend got a pulled pork sandwich (sub'd Mango Habenero for the bbq sauce) w plain ol' shoe string flavorless fries. Who goes to BWW and dsnt order wings?! He did... but his actual words were, "This was good... damn good actually, way better than I expected." I tried a lil of his Mango Habenero sauce for the first time, it WAS damn good lol. I just recommend switching out the fries for wedges.

Food was good as usual. Service nice and quick. Clean establishment.

Ugh! Horrible experience! Went there 3/20 late night a group of 4.

To start off the waitress was okay at the beginning, but her attitude later made me want to punch her in the face!

Took 15-20 minutes to get our drinks, we place our order for our meal which takes another 45-50 minutes, meanwhile our glasses are empty and the waitress is nowhere to be found! Finally she reappears and takes our drink orders, okay fine! All four of us get our food before our drinks arrive and the freaking wings are not even warm! We flag down the manager and request hot wings, well our friends finished their ribs and shrimp before we even hear back from the waitress. While my friends are dying of thirst, because we still don't have any drinks yet (they are now almost done with their food). Waitress finally brings the drinks and we tell her we no longer want the wings because by this time we are extremely pissed, no longer hungry and our friends are nearly finished eating. Manager comes by and apologizes (thanks, because the waitress didn't even bother to do so) and says the wings will be finished in 5 minutes...AGAIN...NO TY not hungry anymore! We were then told we would not have to pay for said wings! Well DUH! Not a concern I was having at the moment! Manager leaves and my friend finds a wing particle in her drink!!! WTF! By this time we are truly pissed and flag down the first waitress we see and let her know we would not like a replacement! We got the whole Manager speech, "she failed as a manager... yadda yadda ya" was all bullshit!  We pay for our meal which had to be discussed in detail because the service was soo crappy, we should atleast get a free drink for the horrible night!  We got a few comps, which really didnt make us feel a whole lot better, but whatever!  We paid for their "services" and continued to talk as we had intended.  Another waitress comes by and grabs our drinks then asks if we were finished...well sh*t if i wasn't then I am now!  I nearly had a meltdown while i was walking out and had the urge to flip tables and throw sh*t, but I refrained and held all my emotions within!

Needless to say, I will never go back and will never suggest anyone go there!

Let me start by saying that I would give the Midtown location as well as the new location on Richmond 5 stars. But this particular location has some of the worst employees and service I've ever experienced.

I usually sit in the bar area no matter which location I go to. At this location, the service at the bar is terrible. One time my friend pulled a crumpled up receipt for a vodka tonic out of his coke glass. It was ON TOP OF THE ICE. Amazing.

I'll drive much further for a better layout, better atmosphere and better service by going to the ones inside the loop.

The food is always better here and the parking here OWNS both of the other locations.

The parmesan garlic and asian zing, 10 of each on tuesdays (50 cent wings)  and I'm in heaven.

    Hell yes!

I miss this place, now that I am an official Californian. The spicy garlic boneless wings are boner-inducing indeed.
I usually just get a Newkie (that's Newcastle, peeps.) here and don't bother with mixed drinks when I'm having "wangz". Beer just seems like the way to go with this kind of menu, yes?
Then add a side of curly fries with melted cheddar??!!

I may leave this place 5lbs heavier, but my heart is also 10 times happier.
